    1. Dow is still finding his feet and is only going to get better.

Did you see that clearance hit up to casboult lace out !

That being said i don’t think ill start with him either purely because his very high price tag for a rookie at 193k

      1. Interesting after a piss poor start in 2017, averaged over 100 from when he came back in round 16

  4. A lot to take from that game in terms of supercoach!

    – If Kruezer stays fit him and Gawn will be the number 1 and 2 ruck men in my opinion. You might pay 600k, but you get what you pay for.

    – Cripps is a lock

    – Rookie wise Hunter Clark looked solid with 2 goals, 12 touches and 81 points.
    – Lachie Obrien was barely sighted with only 7 touches and 24 points
    – Dow looked good through patches and has a bright future. At 193k im not convinced yet
-Garlett was solid before hurting his shoulder

    – Shane savage could tempt a lot of people with 146

    – Jack steven is a quality player and arguably the saints most important

    – Armitage did no harm to his stocks with a nice 128

Finally, was it just me or did Simmo seem to go a bit missing after his first quarter finishing on 75? And did he really get 100% TOG as suggested by fan footy?

  5. I know it’s only been one game but at 310k is Armitage a decent POD pickup. In 2015 averaged 110 but decreased in 2016 with 88 and played only 2 games in 2017. But at his reduced price and if he can go back to his 2015 form he will be a nice stepping stone to a fallen prem.

    1. If he was back to his 2015 form you wouldn’t trade him. Could be a good stepping stone tho. I remember reading somewhere that he has the back of an 80yr old man which worries me

      1. Take this with a grain of salt, but the BigFooty training reports say he’s been very slow at training. Didn’t look it tonight though.

Now that you think about it, if the BF are saying that, he’s probably in the best shape of his life.
