We had some good discussion over on FB this morning, with regards to the bye rounds.
One suggestion I liked was to start our rounds at R1 and then our competition also observes the bye rounds. That would almost fit perfectly, with maybe 1 home and away game being dropped.
What do you think?
Sorry, there are no polls available at the moment.Any other suggestions on how it would work better?
The teams are up in a few hours, feel free to bring up anything you want in the meantime.

Please bring Crouch back!
Oh and Dwyer too thanks 🙂
Walker from Carlton – Hamstring tightness??? NOOOOOO!!
Oh and I would also like Dwyer to get a gig
I really don’t like depending on Webster, thurlow and gawn playing to avoid doughnuts, but i really don’t want to hit reverse either. What’s this about walker? I don’t like hearing that at all.
I would agree with sc comp also having byes if we still had enough rounds to play each team once. But with it being 1 round short I’m not a fan since it ends up a bit unfair. A lot like the actual afl fixture…
If Crouch isn’t named this week i’m seriously done….what does the man have to do to get a game!!!
Duck that would make perfect sense but the reason they don’t do it is because of the number of late entrants they get that can still compete in a league by round 3. Money money money
wouldn’t mind seeing dixon get a run, considering i’ve had him on the bench for a month!
Well, probably gonna lose all 3 bye rounds, but one good thing is I have had Daniher since day one and looks like he gets a run tomorrow!!
apparently daniher to debut. that could be handy. looks like he would be a much better fwd rookie selection than menzel who doesnt seem to have the greatest JS. not saying joey has the greatest either but gives you another option
Planning Leuy > Nicnat this week but I need some help with my bench going forward …
B: Thurlow, Webster
M: Viney Crouch
R: Gawn, Rowe (DPP is useful)
F: Staker, B.Kennedy (with Caff on the ground)
I will aim for Hrovat and T.Mitchell over the coming weeks.
How can I fit Daniher in? Do I need to?
i need two of thurlow, rowe, and saunders to play otherwise ill start copping zeros. something that didnt look likely a few weeks ago.
I sitting Pretty this week, even if the Beau “I hate playing” Waters does not come up think the tally is 18. 8 midfield guaranteed.
If he plays and Thurlow plays go to 20.
Gawn plays I have Ruck E
Rowe plays 21.
Crouch plays Middy E
Round 12 maybe not so pretty.
MJ is the pole tonight will MJ do a Richmond and get Knocked off by the Lowly Hawker this week.
The Supercoach draft leagues should have a bye for sure.
We only have 18 on the track so it is utter carnage.
I have given up this week and if you take the risk of changing some one will be sitting in the wings to swoop and take your good players the next week.
