Before The Teams, R10

Written by Duck on May 30 2013

There’s plenty to discuss this week, with injuries left right and centre. With the bye rounds starting next week, that is sure to add an extra level of confusion into your trading plans for this week.

What dilemma’s are you facing, who is a MUST return for you this week? Has anyone decided the byes are just all too hard and you’ll conseve your trades and take what ever comes your way?

Decisions, decisions in the lead up to the R10 teams being announced.

  1. My Backline this week is of major concern.
Shaw Waters and Terlich have the band aids currently on them.
Want at least two of the guys to come up. 3 would be a bonus

  2. I have been a little trigger happy with my trades this year and after looking at who I face in my league abnd what they will potentially have out, i decided to take take a back seat and sit on my trades this week.

Unfortuanatley for me I hit each team on the one week they have the least amount out, time to roll the dice and hope to win maybe two of the three or atleast one. There will be plenty of time to tarde after round 13

  3. Bye problems are WCE have Waters. Cox JJK and want to bring in NIc Nat this week for Luey and trade out Rampe for Hutchins that gives me 5 and some Headaches Round 12. Have Staker and Thurlow so Hutchins has to be the man.

  5. Well, just looking at my team, and I’ve got 7 bandaids right now so hoping the likes of Birchall, Shaw and Terlich are named so I can divert my attention to trading out Leuenberger and trading in Staker. The potential trade combinations for those two still brewing in my mind.

  6. If I trade Watson in this week for Wines I will have 13 players out in round 13 (freaky)
T/U – Watson bloody gun, get on now!
T/D – Worry about them byes, hold off

  8. Kane Lucas being out with fellow hammy Jesse Lonergan will stretch the midfield stocks this weekend… Terlich playing helps somewhat and if Gawn is indeed Gawn that makes it a bit simpler to decide out of Blicavs who to throw on the field.

Then Nathan Vardy decides he wants a game…

    Very interesting selection night tonight!

  9. Have heard whispers of Maric out, hope these are not true. I want to trade him in for Lewey! 🙂 Maybe Blicavs to play this week and wait for the bye

  10. The Herald Sun must read our Sight. Just read a story on the Dees today straightly directed at the recruiting department. Motts can you investigate the log ons and see if Glen Mcfarlane is apparent, they cannot steal our forum so openly.

  11. Haven’t even considered the byes this year.
Having enough trouble getting 22 players to stay on the park!

  12. Tossing up between trading in Staker or Martin. Also Mitchell is on the cards, however I assume (and may be completely wrong!) that Martin is more likely to get a game with the many injuries that Collingwood has. Thoughts?

And any idea how bad Dwyer’s injury is? Will he be missing just one week or more?
