Breaking Even – Rd4

Written by Schwarzwalder on April 10 2017

Don’t break bad……..Break Even!  A popular feature at SCT, we’ve shortlisted the most SC-relevant players for you as a handy guide (mainly those owned by 3% of teams or more, with a few exceptions).   While there’s not quite room for all 650+ players on the list, you can find ALL the Breakevens at ‘Nath’s Stats’ (left of screen or CLICK HERE) and use the search function.

For the Supercoach newbies out there, the Breakeven is the score needed by each player to hold his price.  If they score above that Breakeven value, their $$ value will rise.  If they score below that Breakeven point, they will lose value.  Sorry if I’ve overlooked something.  Be sure to let me know in the Comments below and I’ll update it as soon as I can.  If you have any questions about Breakevens, don’t hesitate to ask in the Forum and I’m sure our friendly SCT Community will help out.

  1. highly considering omeara to swallow this week, swallow will rise in price a lot and omeara with a tough matchup this week being geelong. 40k cheaper and swallow will probably pass omeara’s price after this week. Thoughts???

    1. Ideally if you’re moving on O’Meara, you’d want it to be straight to an elite MID. Trades are gold and if last weekend is anything to go by (Gawn), things can change very quickly. If you have used two trades or less up until now, then maybe. Otherwise leave it……..

      1. i have only used two trades, one being hibberd to newman this week and i know that trades are very important not to waste. But with hawthorn in such poor form and probably likely to get belted again this week (not saying that they couldn’t come out and win) i just cant see omeara scoring the 100s or at least 90s that at least i hoped for. Then on the other hand you have david swallow who has scored 88 in a 100 point defeat and then backed it up with a 117 in a win. Playing carlton this week i can see another solid score coming from swallow and a sub par perfromance from omeara. I did hold hanneberry last week and it worked but holding omeara is completely different with him being out for two years and getting back into it. I know trading to swallow is basically the same situation haha and is very very risky with his injury history but idk, i just think its the right move for the short term and the long term….
