My Top Five Rookie’s (<$200k) of the week:
1) K Horsely (Mid 128k) Giddy up Horsely. He now has two games under his belt so now is the time to cash in on this 24yo rookie who finished runner up in the Sandover Medal. In his first game he got 19 possessions and layed 8 tackles resulting in 87 SC points, and then took that to another level getting 25 disposals with 10 tackles bringing home 98 points.
2) T Adams (Mid/Fwd 136k) Was picked up by GWS at Pick 13 in the 2011 national draft and averaged almost 30 touches with the Geelong Falcons last season. Adams had a great start with 17 possessions, 3 tackles earning him 80 points last week and also stepped it up a notch this week with 23 disposals, 2 tackles and a goal earning him 90 SC points.
3) L Spurr (Def 116k) Is another mature age rookie at 24, and was taken pick 8 by Freo in 2012 rookie draft. He’s only played the one and picked up 6 disposals and layed 3 tackles for 50 points…… he’s a defensive option, but wait another week if you can.
4) J Brennan (Def 113k) Another defensive option. Jocob Brennan is the son of former captain Michael Brennan and is also mature age at 22. Brennan picked up 11 disposals and 47 points…. Wait another week.
5) A Saad (Fwd 124k) Only played the one, spent most of the game in a green vest so didn’t really get to see his potential…. He’s just making up the numbers this week, but lets see how he rolls next week…. Has a lot of potential.

i got 20 trades left. D smith out and Horlsey in and A Kennedy out and T Adams in…Gives me now 450k in the kitty so i can then upgrade sheil and magnet the following week?!
T/U Do it (lets be honest ill do it)
T/D leave it or just do the one
good write up big sexy 😉
worth swapping one of them for goodes or swap goods for premium?
Am I missing Something regards devon smith. Seems many are trading him for the horse bloke. Is it Time to let smith go? Didn’t he score 111? Surely he is a keeper As his be is 21 this week.
Does anyone think Broughton will get a one match ban. Why can’t he take the reprimand and not challenge. With goodes out all I need is broughts out too.
Spurr got that 50 from being sub coming on at half time. Without many defender rookies coming that I can see (besides maybe Dochetry) he will need to be traded in next week if he can cement his spot in the freo side.
I had only just traded in Goodes last week so FFS. He’s currently sitting in my MIDs with a view to moving him into my FWDs later on. But of course now have the dilemma of what to do with him seeing he’s out for 6 weeks.
T/U – trade him for another Premium MID or FWD (have the DPP link) next week seeing I’ve got a top of the table clash next round in my cash league
T/D – trade him for a rookie such as Horsley or Adams this week and pocket the cash for an upgrade next week
What you guys reckon?
Horsley IN for
Neale Thumbs Up
Magner Thumbs Down

Who would you trade out for Adams. Milera or Kennedy??
Thumbs Up – Shiel to Horsely
Thumbs Down – Don’t be a fool, you’ve only got 17 trades left
am tempted to side trade Goodes to Sidebottom & then upgrade Porps to Dangerfield.. leaving me with 16 trades.. probably 6-7 upgrades left
to do on field (6 if Giles stays put).. good trade???
anyone know how Dayne Zorko went on wknd??
Zorko had another 2 goals, don’t know posies though, he should get named this week, probably as the sub though. Couch should also get named, another 30 poss game. Will be a good target to downgrade McDonald in a couple of weeks.
Horsley seems to be of HUGE value but my three midfield rookies are Shiel, Conigilio and Magner and they’ve all got low BE’s. Really undecided as to what i should do on this one and if i do the trade who i shoud then trade out of the three.
Thumbs up: Just gotta get Horsley in
Thumbs down: Plenty more milk in them cows
Similar to Roo Bloke, want Horsley, but not keen to cash in Magner, Greene or Coniglio yet.
Thumbs UP: Trade out Goodes for Horse (& temporarily lose DPP link). + Trade Hall or Hampton for Taylor Adams in forwards.
Thumbs DOWN: Trade out Magner for Horse (& keep DPP) + Goodes / Hall or Hampton for Taylor Adams in forwards.
Votes & thoughts would be appreciated so i am not making 5 min to lockout decisions.
Thoughts on these trades;
Goodes > Adams
Magner > Horsely
Leaving 700,000k in the kitting for 2 upgrades next week,
either Shiel, Hampton or Coniglio to PENDLES,
and either Porps, Kennedy, Milera or D.Smith to PREMIUM.
Also 16 trades remaining after the trades.
Thumbs up – couldn’t have made 2 better trades.
Thumbs down – better options and watch those trades
Thanks guys
Horns and Adams are coming in
Question is, is it time to cut my losses with c.smith and hall if they don’t get named (again)
Thumbs up csmith and hall go
Thumbs down goodbye magnet and Kennedy
I have 18 trades left and just traded in Goodes (just my luck), just wanted to know your thoughts, should i…
Do Magner >> Horsley
and
Goodes >> Adams or Premium
or
should i only do one and hold my trades, i feel like i am trading too much
interested to hear your thoughts. Cheers 🙂
