000 – Call Emergency

by Bobcat on May 10, 2009

Throughout the Supercoach year you make many tough decisions and inevitably you are driven mad constantly questioning the impending decision to be made or reflecting on the decision just made with a outcome less than favourbale………I’m confused .

I’m guessing after reading this you too will be just as confused.

Should I make another trade ? , do I trade G.Ablett out when he is only going to miss one week (now you tell me Gary !!!) , do I jump into the coaches box and slag off my opponent prior to the round ? , is it possible for my team to take home the Gorilla this week so I can buy my mum something special for Mothers Day ? , can I sneak a quick self abuse session prior to the late Sunday afternoon game without being noticed by my neighbours prying eyes and before my wife gets home from the supermarket? , who is my Capt with Ablett now out of my team? , ooooooh , I wonder who my opponents Capt is ? , when should I start drinking today?…..is 10.30am too early given my stessful lifestyle ?

But the Mother (special occasion) of all decisions and the one that bites the most if not chosen correctly is

Do I put Taylor Walker or Mitchell Brown as my forward emergency this week ?

Now both of these players are , for want of a better word , SHIT ! , so this made my decision Friday morning whilst doing my SC team at work ( in between lobbing a load in the bin) very, very difficult.

But wait! , what does it matter , everyone in my forwardline will play , there’s no reason to ponder on which one of these two bell ends needs to be highlighted , submitted , clear emergencies…….shit start again ………submitted , highlighted.

My decision was an easy one to make , WHO CARES ! , both are donkeys and won’t be playing.

Now for the uninformed Higgins didn’t play, young Brown has a hamstring and Taylor Walker got a LAZY 124 points.

I had Brown as my emergency and subsequently got a big fat ZERO! , My Opponent is a big fat stinky prick with a big mouth and a very dear friend of mine.

There is a very good chance that the 124 points from Walker would have given me the win , unfortunately now the game hangs in the balance.

My friends , my fellow SC Coaches , this post is purely and simply a message , the emergency is important , spend time on choosing the best window licker you possibly can , you never know when it might come back to bite you in the arse.

and lastly , make sure you close the loungeroom blinds

The Supercoach competition is doing my head in MORE than the actual games Bob. I have never been so frustrated in my life when i think i`m fielding a fit team only to see last minute exclusions, it shits me to tears. I think i have 3 0`s for this round when i was expecting a fit 22 … WTF is up with that!!!

Higgins, don`t even start me on that!!!!

I am fat. I just carry it well. Nothing like 124 on the bench Bobby. Walker in and you had me pumped. Now you may just let me in to steal it. Cheers mate.
