Friday Night Footy – Cats vs Bombers

Written by Big Sexy on May 10 2013

The only thing I love more than Friday night footy, is Friday night footy when my boyz are playing. Lets see if the mighty Cats can knock over the juiced up Bombers.

  1. Have just pulled the trigger on Stevenson and Stevens to Laird and Stevie J.

Completes my forward line (Walker, Martin, Rockliff, Stevie J, Daisy and JJK), at least until Buddy drops below Kennedy’s price and I can “downgrade” to him!

Have opted for JPK in the midfield as VC, with Gaz as backup. Reckon that Kennedy should tear it up against the Hawks and is every chance of a big 150+.

All set on the couch now – ready to watch the Cats dismantle Essendon.

  2. Just did a very late trade of Dwyer to Winderlich, there was just no good downgrade options and wanted to save money to get Franklin+Priddis over Daisy.
Will be happy if Winderlich can get to around $350k!

  7. Been away for a few days so it was very late but i made a last minute change during the warm ups. Decided I didn’t want to get Daisy tomorrow and that Stevie J was the man for me. So I went Stevenson > Vlastuin and Stevens > Stevie J. Will swing him fwd next week when Cotch returns. Currently pretty happy with the trade.

  9. Wow. What a great team, Geelong… How many years will this rein last? Been up so high for so long! And yet still so many young players out there. They have just got everything right (with or without Hawkins firing). My hat is tipped.

  10. Annoyed with myself for not doing the Pittard-> Ellis trade last week so I could have got in both Stevie J & Daisy this week. Now had too many donuts this week so I couldn’t do it. Idiot!!

  11. Bit disappointed in not bringing in stevie j. But I dont think it’s gonna be massive. 130 maybe. I should get maybe 90 points for one third of the price so I will take that and get buddy and nicnat next week.

If both stevie j and daisy go 150 im gonna be spewing.

  13. Stevie J was impressive tonight shame he has not made his way into my team yet. Thurlow impressed me and Blicvas keeps getting better and better. Happy I held onto Kommer he is fattening nicely.

  14. I would suggest that Thurlow will be a tasty downgrade option for just about everyone in a few weeks time. Very impressive. On last nights effort his JS should be pretty good.
