Cow Growth Reference Tables 2019

Written by Father Dougal on March 17 2019

Hi!

Time to update the Cow Growth Reference tables. Top row is the starting price of the cow, second row is their score each week, and then their prices. As with real Supercoach, price do not change until after a player has played three games. Price changes do take the multiplier into effect. We have no way to know for sure what that is for an upcoming season, or even round, so these are based on last season. They will be more than close enough for growth estimation. Obviously, no real cows will score the same thing every week, but the basic growth patterns and amounts are still useful when you want to get an idea of what you can expect for growth at various points in the season.

Argh. I managed to mistype 80 as 82 in the header of the 80 Column.  The calculations are for 80, not 82, it is just the column header that is off, not the numbers. Too much else to do to go back and change it. (Sorry.)

  1. Awesome FD.

Also, how much does money does someone like a high-priced rookie such as Collins need to make for his investment to be worth it?

    1. And for someone like Darcy Moore, how much would he need to average to be worth the selection?

      1. I figure if he can score 85 I’m happy. If he gets 80 it is ok. More is great, and wandering into Keeper territory.

  2. Hey FD, I was wondering what calculations you do to create these tables as I wouldn’t mind being able to see what sort of growth we can expect from the popular mid pricers depending on what they average (Williams, Smith, Crouch, Libba, Greene etc)?

    1. It is all in my previous post about how Prices work and Price Drops. I just use the formulas there.

If I have time I will see about posting those. I am not 100% how much more I can get done before First Bounce. I’m in the middle of the Strength of Schedule I do every every year, which is a long one.

  3. What do we all think of Petrucelle’s job security considering West Coast have JJK & Jamie Cripps due back in a few weeks among a couple others?
