I think the team ranked higher in the league ladder at the beginning of the finals series wins, but I’m not 100% positive. Either that or the team finalised first at the beginning of the season.

Did not expect that with a donut from Roughy and Bud & Swanny on the bench. Couple of ordinary performance from Goodes, Goddard, Zorko & Shaw but who cares when the rest of the crew stepped up with 13 tons. Lucky to get a fair chunk of the big scores from Dangermouse, Beams, JPK, Jobe, NicNat, Stevie J, Birch and Dusty all representing.
Tough call coming this week. Main mates league and work league I’ve got the week off but LoEC I’ve got to go again. To trade or not to trade? If Buddy and Roughie can come back in (far from guaranteed) I’ll be happy for Gibson to cover Swanny again and can hold off for another week.

Long may my good luck continue. Won 4 of 5 games – by 1 (apologies Roo Bloke), 5, 6 and 55 points. Got flogged by 150 in the other one.
Week off in 3 of 5 leagues.
Most pleasing thing was Lake & Newman returning to ton scores as had been thinking one or both may have had to go or sit idle on the bench based on recent form.

Very lucky GG. It was my Hale & Lake v his 18 points + I.Maric & A.Swallow so i would have got beat 9 times out of 10. Was also helped by Roughies late withdrawal.
Will take the luck whilst i can as my team is solid with lots of depth & flexibility without being startling.

I had Redden (76) as cover for Rough but Buddy and Smedts as Subs for Fyfe. Lost all games by about 100 odd… I’m gonna finish off my beer and cry myself to sleep i think. A.Hall slapping out a tonne is a miracle in it’s self! Great work!

Only had 9 tons this week.
N. Riewolt, Goodes, Zorko, and Sammy Shaw scored well below there average. But cant be too unhappy because somehow got 4/4 wins and straight into prelims!

Won 3/4 leagues, sending me into 3 prelims and a semi.
Regret of the week: Trading in Dane Swan for Scott Thompson, only for Sam Gibson (EMG) to outscore Scotty T by 21 points.
Trade of the week: Got rid of Taylor Adams for Steve Johnson, to net a 140 on debut.
Suckling (49, started sub), Yarran (64), Goddard (77), Goodes (49), Zorko (71) need to take a good look at themselves during the week.
Fingers crossed I’ll have everyone fit this week, with mids and forwards a tough selection dilemma:
Ablett, Pendles, Thompson, J.Selwood, Priddis, Dal Santo, Martin, Gibson

MJ, great depth in the mids & forwards.
Martin playing Freo in WA tough one for Richmond to win, but creapy crawley probs going to Cotchin. Tough call, but i reckon Martin for F7 spot over Goodes in his current role or Zorko playing the Crows.
If your opponent also has them, i would hope for Buddy & Chappy being out this weeks game as cannot imagine they would have your depth.
PS If you had the trades would you do a double up / down to get Danger or Beams using Zorko & / or Gibson as part of trade out?

Won 4/4 in supercoach and had 2 miraculous wins in DT where I won one game by 6 points and the other by 2!! Both elimination finals as well….ripper weekend, except of course for the Bombers

2554/GAJ through to the prelim all leagues.. have now gone 2500+ for 3 straight weeks. nic nat was the difference
3 trades left making 1 this week just going to downgrade a bench warmer smedts s.shaw or pfeiffer to free up around 200k then have some decisions for prelims. Last year i kept a trade for the grand final when i could of used it and got knocked out in all leagues but 1 so not making that mistake this year!
thinking treloar or zorko –> beams (keeping one as replacement)
bartel –> selwood or m murphey (will easily have enough cash)
thats my plan with no injuries or suspensions (TOUCH WOOD)

Some good forward planning there Rob.
Treloar is pretty deserving of a F7 spot on recent form, however GWS unlikely to play him all 3 remaining games. Hopefully for you they rest him this week & play final 2.
Zorko been amazing, hoping he is not tiring as his price will go south.
Realistically if next week you could get Swan in for Bartel (or Bartel as M7 cover) and Beams into your forwards then you will take some beating.
So if as your suggestion you can downgrade any of the 3 to the cheapest DPP player you can (could Pfeiffer go down to Sam Docharty etc to open up def / mid DPP link – extra cover for finals if Godd, Carrots etc were needed for mid cover OR keep Smedts -if not 2/3 week injury & get cheapest D/F DPP. Then Swan & Beams into team for pre-lim for a combined score of 250 to 300.

2480 with two doughnuts coz bloody supercoach site froze on me and locked me out until 10 mins into 1st quarter!! Would have got around 2700.
Still I won 4/5 leagues straight into all prelims. The other I should snatch next week.

Heart breaking one point loss to Andy B in LoEC. My own fault for selecting Sam Shaw on the field and then Lake tons up.
Plus i got bundled out in my primary league so i’m pretty peeved at the SuperCoach world this Monday morning.
That said North won a big game with their backs to the wall. Stoked at the effort of the boys. Losing Adams and Wells in the first quarter and to still come out on top. Gotta love it. Now to somehow figure out a way to topple Collingwood. At least Ziebell and Thomas are back this week.

2408/Gaz. Lost by 11 points and missed the weeks rest.
H and S Shaw, Goddard and Waters are doing laps with S Morris kicking their collective bums and telling them his 98 deserves a place on the field.
Gaz was highest scorer for mids, tons also to Priddis, Pendles, A Swallow with Joelwood just missing. A BIG HOORAY to Gibson who stood in for Swan.
Nic Nat and the Big O held the ruck department in good stead.
Great effort by Danger and Beams, tons also to Martin and Lewis. Zorko disapointing. 1 donut with Buddy, Couch, and Adams on the pine.
