FPL SCT League GW7, 2013

Written by MJ on October 12 2013

We’ve all got the week off this week, being the international break.

Some FPL relevance to take out of the international games overnight:

Romelu Lukaku scored both goals for Belgium to book them a place in the World Cup next year. He now has 6 goals in his last 4 games and looks a sturdy investment for £7.9m in your forward line.
Alvaro Negredo notched a goal for Spain in a 2-1 victory over Belarus.
Wayne Rooney, Daniel Sturridge and Andros Townsend bagged goals for England in an impressive 4-1 win over Montenegro.
Edin Dzeko scored the first and last goal for Bosnia-Herzegovina against Liechtenstein, running out 4-1 winners.
Gylfi Sigurdsson continues his impressive start to the season with a goal for Iceland, beating Cyrus 2-0.
Robin Van Persie exerted his dominance and reminds us of his ability with a hat-trick for Holland in an 8-1 thumping of Hungary.
Andre Schurrle and Mesut Ozil both scored for Germany in a 3-0 win over Ireland.
Jozy Altidore chipped in with a goal for the United States in a solid 2-0 win over the Jamaicans.

No change to the top 3 of the leaderboard this week:
