Friday Night Footy – Carlton V Collingwood

Written by Big Sexy on July 5 2013

The classic rivals come up against each other yet again.  Will the Blues find some much needed form or will the Pies turn around last weeks disaster.  Should be a belter!

Pies players to watch: Pendles, Swan, Heater, Cloke, Sidebum, Kennedy & Martin

Blues player to watch: Gibbs, Walker, Juddy, Scotland, Robinson & Murph if he plays.

  1. Never have I been so angry! For some effing reason Gibbs has been given the captain this week!

I haven’t captained him alllllllll year!

I had Minson and ablet yesterday !

I now have a hole in my couch from my anger !

  6. Gee’s it feels good to have gotten rid of Murphy…. It’s like a massive dead weight lifted off my shoulders. Soft outside midfielders drive me nuts!

  8. Dont get me wrong here guys, I have pendles as vc and am loving it, will likely be using his score. But there is no way in heck that was a 40 point quarter.

In 20 minutes, when I asked, I saw one handball and one kick from him.

  10. Hell yeah Pendlebury!

Slapping the V on you makes me feel a bit better about coming home to see Ablett is out.

  11. If I’d gotten home earlier I’d have been able to do the Emerg loophole on Josh Thomas.

Come on Tommy Mitchell, you can beat 98!

  12. As a blues supporter man that was a hard game to watch after quarter time. Been a long time since we played that bad. Hats off to the pies – they played awesome tonight – even there young players had more guts and determination than anyone on our team (except maybe juddy)

Jamo time to go! was pathetic and so slow. between him and henderson I cant handle it. Bring back Laidler and Duigan or try someone new, fark even bell or rowe. And put Krooz at CHF and put warnock in the ruck.

Hope you’re doing okay this morning mottsy
