I’ve already dumped Fyfe in SCTTL for Lewis. Figured what the hell, even if he keeps playing at least I’ll have a POD.
A different story in T1 where I have more strict trading rules. Only trade if necessary!!! In this case, that means if he’s good enough to play for Freo, he’s good enough to line up for Omen Blues.

Donuts, donuts everywhere. Looking at Pendles+Fyfe out for some combo of Carazzo/Rance/Fisher/Hibberd/Scotland/Fletcher/Johnson at DEF and Enry Walt/Dangerfield/Sidebottom at FWD.
Or I could lose one of those two plus a nuffy to add S Morris at the back and one of those three forwards. Or Marty Clarke and a lesser forward (because I can’t make the budget work to add Clarke plus one of the three unless I either keep Fyfe and lose Pendles, or I milk a cow far too early).
Or just calm down, win this weekends matchup – and next’s – even with the donuts (projected to win them both easy enough) and see where I am come Week 6.

1. Wasting 2 trades to gain less than $100K
2. Pendles is more likely to pump out a huge scores in the next few weeks than anyone else apart from Ablett, probably counterbalancing the points you may miss this week
3. Why did you buy him in the first place when you were wanting to ‘buy low’ (he was the most expensive guy in the game!)
4. I’m sure you’d rather have a couple more trades up your sleeve come finals, if you’re planning on making it that far.
5. The amount of thumbs down you’ll get for your aforementioned logic will be indicitive of the degree to which you should NOT trade Pendlebury OUT!
Just trying to do you a favour here buddy. I came 54th overall last season, limiting trades like this only if my star premiums had long term injuries, not to gain a paltry $100K.

What an amazing coincidence. I’m playing against Ollie’s Benchwarmers in SCTTL3 this week in a top of the table clash but, I’ve just been reviewing opponents in the other ‘normal’ leagues and you wouldn’t believe it, in SC Champions League: Omen Blues v Ollie’s Benchwarmers!!!

I’m keeping him for the week. There are some seriously good forwards who will be dropping heavily in the next few weeks (Beams, Chappy, SJ). By keeping him for the weekend, he won’t drop in price, others will and I get a chance to have another weeks information on exactly how bad the injury is
