  1. Ok so this round has been an absolute stinker. I’m only hoping that all my bad luck has been used up and now my beloved pies will take the 4 points over the bombers! Should be a cracker.

    1. This is my main reason for not liking Thursday games, 4 days in a row is too much. 5 seems over the top, and what’s the best that next year the brains trust try to do a 6 day round Wed-Sun (Anzac is Thursday next year)

  2. I need my Nick Daicos to out score my cash league opponents Nick Daicos by 5 points to win our match up as I’m still winless this season

  3. Doesn’t really bother me what daicos does score wise because he’s so highly owned everyone is in the same boat.. setterfield is the one I need to fire today without zerret! Need him to keep ticking the cash generation over for a few more weeks.

    1. Yeah not his half of footy hopefully he can turn it around for his owners..

All week I couldn’t decide between de goey, cogs and parish! Thankfully I took cogs purely on price and the value.. I’d be fuming had I selected parish

  5. There is no way setterfield can be a keeper or M9 like ive seen people suggest… For an inside mid he just does not get it done at all.. very underwhelming

  6. It’s long overdue for the AFL to correct the disgusting injustice that occurs on the ANZAC day round.

This occasion should be reserved for the clubs from the areas who sent the most young men to die for Britain in 1915 the year that the Anzac legend was created.

The suburbs that were overflowing with courageous young men prepared to put their lives on the line for their king should be celebrated instead of the suburbs where the most ‘white feathers’ were seen.

South Melbourne sent an incredible 188 of their residents to WW1 in 1915 when the Anzac legend was created, Carlton 124, Fitzroy 111.

Why should it not be Essendon V. Collingwood?

Because those two suburbs had the lowest number of residents prepared to risk their lives with only 19 from Essendon and 36 from Collingwood leaving the safety of Australia to fight in the foreign war in 1915 that is commemorated by this round.

Eddie & Sheeds have robbed the courageous Anzacs of South Melbourne, Carlton & Fitzroy of the recognition that they dedserve and the AFL has allowed it to happen.
