WHERE AND WHEN: MCG, Friday June 26, 7.50pm
SUMMARY:
What it means for Collingwood: The Magpies’ season is quickly spiralling out of control. They’ve lost three of their past four games, two of them by at least 44 points, but a win against the Tigers will keep them in the top four.
What it means for Richmond: The Tigers seems to be timing their run to perfection, and a fifth successive win will lift them back into the top four for the first time since round 10. They also have the chance to gain some belated vengeance for last year’s preliminary final drubbing.
LAST TWO MEETINGS: The Pies have smashed the Tigers in their past two clashes, by 39 points in last year’s preliminary final and by 44 points in round two, while restricting Damien Hardwick’s men to just eight and 10 goals respectively.
Schwarzwalder’s Tip: Richmond by 13pts

Here’s a lil wet weather supercoach gold for any newbies.
1: High Contested rate leads to more stoppages and hit outs for the ruckman. If they tackle and win contested possessions they tend to go big in the wet.
2: Inside Mids who tackle score well as DE doesn’t matter as much.
3: Players who rely on marks such as intercept defenders and key forwards score poorly.
4: outside mids score poorly due to lack of contested footy in comparison to the rest of the games numbers.
In essence, Grundy will score plenty tonight so don’t be afraid to VC him. If he was Whitfield you wouldn’t, Sloane you would. Tada
8 trades left 525 900.
Team
D Hurn Z Williams Crisp Hartlett B Smith Sicily Garner Naish
M Macrae Dunkley Martin Cripps Oliver Parker M Crouch Stack Clarke Bewley Stocker
R Gawn Grundy Bines
F Dangerfield Heeney Boak Kelly Moore Cameron Choi Young
Holding Hurn so need a D6 going for league but safe in top 4.
Thumbs up
Moore (Dunkley forward)and Garner for Duncan and Whitfield 54 900 left
Thumbs down Moore and Hartlett for Duncan and Whitfield 270900 left
Comment Z Merret instead of Duncan?
Pies by 10 tonight.
If it was grand final, Tiges by 5.

Dusty 12 and a goal for 25 SC points. lol
Poor disposal efficiency and a low contested possession rate in conjunction with not laying a tackle are largely to blame.
Cotchin done for the night.
Wow Collywood are definitely overrated.

Is Grundy getting tagged around the ground by Chol?
No he’s just sore from carrying the Pies.
Can we finally put to be that Maynard is not an exceptionally talented player?
Fumble fumble fumble, all night. Not the first time either.
Oh Jesus, if ‘PieFan’ sees this you’re fucked Brad. All the best to you!
I know… But it’s a joke that’s been going for a few seasons now. The irony has worn off.
RIP Brad, PieFan will see this and that’ll be the end of you.
Haha mate’s i only just seen this cuz i had a few two many tinny’s after the loss last nite.
youse will see on BRONLOW NIGHT. MAYNARD clear BOG.
Grundy 150+ coming soon!
Finished on 117, fooled everybody … now who to put the C on.
“C” Gawn
Has Grundy gone home?
What a horrible result considering this was hyped up as game of the millenium….
Grundy looking very tired and not likely to break 150+ at this rate.
yep im taking a chance on Gawn!
T/U Take Quaynor’s 52
T/D Play Logue
Gawn taking on the best Ruckman in the league. He will be lucky to break 80.
Fyfe/Dunkley for me
It’s normally the opposition ruck’s hitout win percentage that has this effect. Gawn HOW %: 59 percent; Marshall HOW %: 42.8 percent.
T/U Take grundys 117 as C
T/D Take the risk on macrae or Gawn to beat that
What are CRISPs made from?
Spuds, that’s what.
Grrrrr
Mick say’s he want’s too coach again. Time too bring him back i say!
