Dawson is actually so unlucky this year. Everytime he finds space he’s pushed onto his right. His shocking teammates miss him by hand and ignore him. Constantly kicking and a defender clutch intercepts. Stuck on the bench for ages. Could’ve easily gone 120+ last two weeks.

Nicks has been a disaster this year. My first thought watching Cats Crows game last week was not so much about how good Cats were, it was more about how completely out coached Nicks was on the night. Cats were killing them all over the ground and he did nothing to change it. The Pedlar on Stewart move that he never changed was just one example…..

Saw him take a mark/free kick in back 50 about 20 metres in from boundary and literally kicked it directly sideways 20m to a bloke standing almost on the boundary line. Exact example of what you’re talking about GD. Completely put his team in a worse position to exit 50 but takes the effective kick points in SC.

Should have traded out Dawson instead of Young – sigh.

Started with a decent enough team, just need a couple tweaks to catch the early bolters and get rid of the guys not pulling their weight.
Last round, I moved Sanders for Billings (-30 points).
This round, kept Dawson and traded Young out (-54 points). Hopefully D’Ambrosio lessens the pain but unless Nicks makes some changes in that Crows midfield, I can’t hold Dawson any longer.

Already waiting for Monday evening for everything to unlock to rage trade Dawson to Green who I was considering at the start but elected to not pick due to the early bye – what a mistake that was. 650k plus for someone averaging 82ppg – simply not good enough. I understand that Crows haven’t been great, but paying top dollar for subpar performances is terrible – can’t be competitive with that in the team. Think Dawson will have to become a Green/Merrett type otherwise it will become unbelievably painful to watch those that started around him flying – might be a target later on but simply can’t hold any longer.
Yep it’s the right move I moving him to serong bloody stupid early byes I would have started gulden over Dawson now even with bye golden will outscore him
