    1. You might get a little look into how sharp someone is looking or how physically fit but cant get much out of it

      1. yeah that’s what I was thinking that you can still see if a player looks fit, sharp and finding the pill.. obviously role & tactics are irrelevant

    2. Absolutely we can! I currently don’t have either of Whitfield or Dusty for various reasons so interested to see how both of them are moving tonight. Also just keen to look at how some of my other guns are looking in regards to fitness, disposal efficiency etc it’s a pretty hot game so definitely counts. Only thing you can’t look for is positional stuff.

  1. Enjoying it but i’m realizing that I’ve actually become used to seeing defensive preesure, taggers and zone defences. Hope the second half has a little bit more oomph and a little less exhibition to it.

  2. Bruise free footy (sighs) and yes the game is for a good cause. I miss the days when players played hard for their state and treated it even more important than an AFL game for the pride and bragging rights. Players are worth more $$$ nowadays so they will be told not to tackle hard or get injured.

  3. Just an exhibition match unfortunately. It’s good to see after so long but will get stale after a couple of years unless they actually want to win badly.
Every player on the winning team should bring 1 premiership point to their respective clubs or something like that to entice a more competitive game.

  4. I think it meant something to put on VIC Country VIC Metro WA SA NSW Tasmania and NT jumpers, todays players played u16 u18 national carnivals tier 1 WA SA VIC Country VIC metro and tier 2 TAS NT NSW QLD
2 week carnival round robin event.
How cool would it be to see, how much passion would we see?

  5. Last time i counted Dusty gave away at least seven goals, what are his touches worth ? silverware !
Being on the end of it all in an attacking style type game may not be the same as creating it in the eyes of some, and then there are some that create and finish, i think he may be in both categories.
