  1. I need some help, community. After Carlton wins tonight should I risk the wrath of Richo by going out and celebrating until 4am or should I just keep it tidy and get home around midnight?

  2. As for GAJ, i’m not rolling with him this year. He’s over priced even by his own standards and my hope is that he’ll drop a little in value over April and i can try and jump on when he’s cheaper.

Either that or he’ll make a mockery of me and i’ll spend all season regretting this post!!!!!!!

  3. I’ve got a move I’m not sure on. #keepingmeupallnight
Which three should I go for?

    J.Steven/L.Neale/Bellchambers
    or
    R.Griffin/D.Sheed/Bontempelli-Dahlhaus

  4. Is bontempelli a viable option, like is he worth his price, or should I go for someone more reliable around the same price.

Atm I am tossing up between Bont and Tex, leaning towards Bont

  5. Much as it pains me, no great man. Even against the Dees.

He’ll probably go two-ton up on me but the “no preseason – no start” rule applies to all.

  6. Malcheski, Hallahan, Saad, Miller & Garlett all to debut for the Suns. Hoping Garlett and not Saad/Miller is the sub.

  7. PA won’t be starting with him, which means PA will be starting with a 6 gun midfield ๐Ÿ™‚ #thumbsdownthat ๐Ÿ˜›

  8. I know it’s off topic here but Taylor Hunt; what do we reckon, will be playing on the ball under Hardwick and for his price with weak defender options; is he supercoach relevant at the moment? Would look to put him on my side but would like to know what we all think?

  9. Have been content for about two weeks without Gaz but as we approach the start I think I’m going to cave and put him back in. Hoping he is itching for a kick after such a long break and that the first couple of matches are closer than expected so he doesn’t get subbed off early.

  10. Any sense in going Gaz -> Mitch Wallis and holding the cash?

Leave the $400k in the bank, hope Wallis goes up $100k+ and Gaz comes down about the same, use one trade to save $200k or more?

Would probably be aiming to do the trade round 4-5 or so, and hopefully get on board Gaz just as he starts to fire.

  11. No Gaz for me. If Gold Coast are well ahead, could they red vest him?

I’m still struggling with my defenders. Is anyone risking McIntosh, Saad or brown at D6? Currently I have a lot of cash tied up on my backline with goodes at D6.

  12. Having round one over Easter spells trouble for me. I’m off up the river and will more than likely have no reception. Will have to come home and inspect the damage after

  13. Stuff it, he’s in. The more I read about his injury, the more I think he’s gonna be pumped for the game. He’s also super fit because of all the extra running he’s doing! I feel a 200 pointer coming ip

  14. Gday fellas,

Ablett is OUT of my team – just far too much uncertainty and it only takes one sub-100 game to bring his price back down to earth. His shoulder WILL be targeted (think nick riewoldt crying vs lions).

By the by, I’d like to get assurances from experts of this game: This weekend’s rolling lockout means there are still unlimited trades all the way through, except for the players locked in at the bounce of each game, right?

So we can chop and change still, after each game?

Cheers, keep up the good work!

  15. I started having to make changes when one of my 200k rookies was left out of the first match, and I thought, and fiddled, and ended up with Gary in the team without having to take out one of my other premium mids. I decided I’d rather fail by having him in and starting slow than by not having him and not being able to bring him in for a long time or at all. If nothing else, I know I can downgrade him to most anyone if needed.

  16. Im saving some cash for Ablett upgrade but can’t decide on Shaw or Higgins (giving me nearly 100K more) Everyone seems to have Shaw except me. Ishe a lock?

  17. Last minute jitters on Goldstein in the ruck.
Should I lock Maric in for 100 every week or Goldy for an up and down ride with potential to go big?

  18. We all know GAJ is greedy. He proved that when he took the offer at the Suns. It is for this reason that I am putting him in. He is greedy….and want that 3rd Brownlow so bad to confirm him as an all time great if not greatest. He knows that he only has this year and possibly next year to win it as his body won’t keep up. Im predicting GAJ to go bananas against melbourne as he wants the 3 Brownlow votes!
