Been thinking this too.
Only thing putting me off giving him the boot is his 100pt average and his break even of 80 odd for his next game. Will mean another price rise before he starts costing you in more ways than one.
Would be nice to know what and how serious his injury is.

Likely to take a punt against Higgins .. theory is that even if it is only one more week that he’s likely to burn me at lesat once more through the season with a week or two on the sidelines. Yes, a fwd that averages 100 is handy but not if they miss games and with his DPP status a swing into the mids and then upgrade into a uber-premium (120 scorer) seems worth the trade.

Im thinking of Goodes against the Dogs at Manuka. Averaging 120 against the dogs and he got 160 against the dogs at manuka 2 years ago. will be a risk but i think he will bounce back.

Likely doing same with Higgins RB (Priddis would have to be up there with the best of uniques SC has to offer, along with Mundy), but holding Duigan for another week to assess backline options more thoroughly, whilst jumping on Sam Iles, with David Swallow unfortunately the sacrificial lamb depending on teams.

Don’t expect Buddy to score well over at Footy Park. Although Port are one of the weak sides in the competition, their backline is suprisingly quite good. Midfield is where they get smashed.

How are your trades going?
Plan ahead and see how many rookies you have to upgrade, and if you have trades left over, you can afford one or two sideways trades, meaning Boak can go.

Gotta be Sandi or Joelwood for me. Buddy’s too big of a risk IMO, I’m hoping he’ll kick ten goals but doesn’t have the greatest record in Adelaide.
And I don’t know where to put this… But who’s honestly even considering trading Higgins this week? Surely a one weeker (bye doesnt count) sn’t enough to trade a premium out??? We all knew this would be the case during the year

thoughts on pavlich for the unique? sandi will pop out a ton, for sure. and with no real ruckmen against him he might squeeze out a big one. but, im not gonna get the jump on anyone with picking him.
pavlich, averaging 114, reasonable, but we all know he is the sort of player supercoach loves, pulling out 60m goals when it counts on the run, busting through tackles and earning god knows how many 1%ers..
im gonna chuck the big c on him for this game. and hopefully he will pull out something crazy good.

Can’t believe nobody has mentioned Jed Adcock. He averages 110 from his five games, is playing the Gold Coast and has been named on a half back flank as opposed to the back pocket where he’s played all his games thus far. Could mean more midfield time. Am tossing up between him and Joelwood.
