  4. I reckon Essendon’s injured ‘team’ is better than the ‘fit’ team …. far out there injuries go deep. Amazing that they’re being competitive most weeks.

  5. UNrelated but lions premiership player Jamie Charman has retired from AFL, effective immediately.

and Chad Cornes will retire as an AFL player at Port Adelaide on Saturday night. Cornes, 31, today will declare an end to his distinguished playing career marking the clash with Collingwood at AAMI Stadium as his farewell game

  6. Hey guys, Everyone pumped for finals?
Having some trouble. Going for League and in my main league i am defiantly going to finish in the top 2.
I have all premiums in my Forward, Mids and Ruck and an extra m/f premium floating around covering byes and injuries. I have 4 trades left.
    My backline is
Goddard, Fisher, Gibbs, Delidio, NEWMAN and Heppell.
    (Puopolo, Hibberd, Lester(I know WTF)
I obviously need to trade newman.
I have a few options. Trade Hibberd for Adcock (With no cash left) and keep newman just another week or two and assess the best option. And mayby if there is some good news he might be back earlier.
I could not trade and assess the option next week.
Or i could trade out Newman and Hibberd. What should i do? Im leaning towards waiting a week. I have an easy fixture this week in all my leagues.
