  1. 2162 / Gawn / Ranked 3900~

Pretty ordinary round. Martin has been really average the last couple months. Fielded both Ridley and Smith for a combined 62pts.

Looking forward to the bye rounds where it can make or break your season.

  2. 2208 / Fyfe / TBA

I gave the VC to Cripps, benched Curnow for Tim Smith, and finally gave the captaincy to Fyfe… but somehow I’ve ended up having a good week.

9/10 league wins, so my ranking should go back up after a rough couple of weeks.

Dissapointed I didn’t cracl 2200. Smith on field over ZGL or Guelfi was costly. Murphy also terrible. Traded out Jacobs and he finally has a good game. Tom Mcdonald the only real positive.

Bit of a rough week, not the best captain choice. Hope I don’t slip too far down the rankings before the byes…

McLean, cripps and fyfe were well down but most people are in the same boat

  5. 2076/VC Gawn/was 697 but going backwards

1 league win but 5 losses inside 60 points thanks to Jack Darling’s injury.

Probably sees me out of SCT cup as well with Rocliff and Smith also on field.

Plenty of points on the bench so looking good for byes.

  6. 2061/Grundy/was top 6k, will absolutely drop.

Considering I cracked 2500 last week, this was certainly a fall from grace. Too many poor premo performances and poor onfield rookie choices. Only 8 tons, and I also had 9 under 80, including 2 under 30. Oh well. Can only go up from here I suppose.

    HEROES: B. Fritsch, T. Mitchell, J. Sicily, B. Grundy, M. Gawn, R. Laird

    SPUDS: K. Simpson, P. Cripps, T. McLean, T. Smith, D. Smith, J. Darling, N. Fyfe, D. Mundy.

    1. Very solid score for this round mate. Well done. 2300 looks so much better though. Just one effective handball away! U should move up the rankings a bit with that score.

Won my 2 cash leagues, but went down by 1 point to Grinter in the SCT2 league!
Ridley and Smith on debut on field were very disappointing. McLean was robbed only getting 63 points IMO. Gawn did his usual thing for a solid captains score and seriously considering keeping onto Fitch past his byes with his current form.
On a positive note, finally got to see the back of Billings this week and have over 600k in the bank to upgrade during the next couple of weeks.
Happy trading to everyone during the byes!

Where do I start? This was an absolute shocker of a week coming off a 2450+ score last week and then pulling out a sub 2k without any doughnuts.
Spuds: McLean Hibberd Westhoff Devon Cripps Yeo Smith Simpson Fyfe and Christensen(due to 0 in the time he played)

Those spuds were brilliant in the amount of the ball they got so I would have produced a massive score in DT but it isnt like that. Most just butchered the ball and it was killing me. Those first 4 spuds had something like 23 clangers between them and Danger was like that too. Smith decided to go missing when he comes on the field, but I had Guelfi on the bench which cost me 50 points. Christensen with his – 3 almost cost my 1 game that mattered most. I only won by 10 points in what was declared as an easy win when my opponent has a 0 and is inactive.

Stars: Gawn Fritsch Titch and Laird
These were the only 4 above 110 and I only had 8 above 100 in total. Gawn as vice and Laird absolutely saved me this round. I was waiting for Laird to copy every other Premo this week and cost me the game but he was solid and deserves a lot for an average score.

I really hope my byes work out because this week was stress and that is not what I want

  9. 2158/Gawn

Hard to complain considering a lot of others in the same boat and the choices I made were supposed to be inspired! NOT. (Not going to mention Kelly to Rocky for that supposedly safe bye coverage). Struggled with Yeo, McLean, Crippa, Rocky and the omnipoor Billings.

110 + from Gawn, Fritsch and T mac (thanks Dees) and Goldi, Laird to round out.

About the sixth straight week the Tech team has outscored the classic team. Hopefully next weeks 23 live players all get selected to give me something to look forward to.

  10. 2154/Fyfe/ 30K +

I won my main league game by 3 points.

+ Oliver, Petracca, Naitanui, Mihocek, Coniglio (got me over the line), Heeney, Gawn, Fritsch, Macrae, Mitchell, Sicily, Gray, Laird

    – McLean, Spargo, Danger, Ridley, Fyfe, Lloyd, Martin, Smith, Yeo

How severe is Coniglio’s injury? Got a few trades to make, would like to bring in Walters and Brayshaw over the next couple of weeks. Had the choice of Fyfe, Cripps, Walters and Brayshaw this week, probably went the wrong option considering it was Kelly heading out the door.

  11. 2125/Gawn around 3,700th

Only won 4/10 leagues, lost 3 by under 25 points!

T Smith & L Murphy on the the ground cost me big time this week, ohh well onto the first real bye round we go!

  12. 2229 / Gawn

Pretty much all the main suspects that everyone has were spuds & caused the low score…

The only real stars were: Gawn, Titch, Parker & Laird

Tons from others were: Macrae, Zerrett, Stef Martin, Heeney, Sicily & Danger

If I started ZGL instead of Spargo, then I would have won league

  13. 2124 / Gawn

Probably around or slightly below average, won 6/10 leagues. Playing Smith ahead of ZGL and Higgins was the most annoying part, lots of underperforming premiums but most have been pretty good this season, so I can’t complain there.
Hibberd is absolutely gone on his bye round, watching him fumble and struggle to 63 from 24 possessions was painful. A few rookies bought themselves more time this weekend!

  14. 2175 / Gawn / was 701

Won all 9 leagues, which was a surprise after the high scores of last week. Disappointed with debut of T Smith on the field but most in the same boat, & the lower than expected scores from Fyfe, Cripps, McLean & Yeo. Happy that Bont was much improved on last week’s low score & loved that Fritsch was on field.
Will hopefully maintain my position in the top 1000.

  15. 2104 gawn ~8000.
Finally got rid of billings for tim smith (at least that’ll make some money) sideways traded kelly to Walters
18 trades and 400000 will hit the byes running

  16. 2137, Gawn, 40,000 or so.

Lost 6 of 10 league games. Would have won them all if hadn’t traded Kelly for Cripps, or hadn’t put Wingard on field instead of Petracca, or hadn’t played T Smith, or if Coniglio had scored in Q4, or…well you probably get the idea by now.

I am officially Gawn for the season.

two woeful weeks in a row. 9 premos scored more than 30 under their respective averages (=270pts).
happy with Oliver, Max, Fritsch, Mitchell and Laird. the only 5 players to go score above their averages.
    the rest? well, average.
    bring on Rd12.

I am way out at 23k but starting to get ok scores so Hopefully I can still compete in my private leagues when I get a full premio team after the byes.

  19. 2133/Gawn/was 1959th, predict I’ll drop about 1k.

Awful week Yeo, Hurley, Simpson, Fyfe, Danger, Dusty, Cogs (you were looking so good), Cripps, Dusty, McLean and D Smith all scored below expected.
Sicily, Gawn, Stef Martin, Heeney, Walters, Fritsch and Laird were all decent. In store for a tough week next week knowing that I’ll have more premos with the R12 bye than most others, but hopefully that will enable me to field 18 players in R13 and R14 and charge up the rankings.

    Please don’t suspend Fyfe

  20. 2202/Gawn VC/ Was around 8k. Should hopefully go up

Won 10/10 leagues including LOE3 which is a bonus after the struglle of the last few rounds.

Made the right call having the e on tim smith and putting ZGL in his place. Same suspects as most coaches on here went bad this week, although webster being outscored by cole on my def bench was sh!t. Glad i went walter over rocky and hopefully holding Goldstein so long will see him continue this form the last 3 matches and allow him to repay the faith

  21. 2198/gawn/about 3900 pre this week. Expect small rise. Usual pains in the rs… Fritsch to Smith, and got boak for f6 only to see his lowest score for year. Never mind… He’s in for his byes and dpp.
I love tmac’s mum and dad. Such a pod…… Shhhhhhhhh

      Still regretting not going there.

  23. 2196 / Grundy / 192 overall

I don’t know how but I went up 52 spots overall.
Glad I did a late swap for Guelfi over T.Smith onfield on Saturday.
I did trade T. Kelly to Danger this week which looks like it didn’t pan out, but on recent form who could have guessed.
Lost 2 of my 8 leagues, 1 by 1 point and the other by 38.
Looking at other scores, it looks like I didn’t do too bad overall.

  24. 2208/Grundy/4468.

That was too 6% for round and climbed me almost 1500 places against the top 2%, so a lot of people at the top had a shocker

Nearly cost myself big time by not having gawn VC as I intended and widely announced.

    How much so?
Well I won all 10 leagues but scraped in by a solitary point against Graeme (TRIX) in Talk’s Cheap So’s ya Missus.

When cogs went out I thought I was toast.

First decent round of the year, but my ranking is so far behind it doens’t really mean much. ony 3 league wins too, i’ll be lucky to make the 8 at this rate!

  26. 2170/Gawn/39

Suprised i went up ranks which such a bad score, so many duds this week including bad fielding choices by me.

    Studs:
    Laird
    Sicily
    Titch
    Gawn
    Fritsch
    Langdon (Benched)

    Duds:
    Yeo
    Simmo
    Fyfe
    Cripps
    Dusty
    Devon
    Mclean
    T.Smith (Fielded :/)

Only one trade for me this week Murphy – Austin.

      1. Only 6 contested possessions yet still ran at 54% DE to go with 6 clangers. Think his 77 is justified.

  27. 2042/Gawn/86 (Top 37%)
    1/10 league matches
Knocked out of cup by 3 points

Had a great long weekend away offline. Supercoach, wow, so many disappointments all at once! I am shocked I didn’t drop father.

Cripps, McLean, Webster, Yeo, Howe, Fyfe, Coniglio, Simpson, Fisher, and of course T.Smith.

Of course owning most of those guys when others didn’t helped me go up, but owning them this last week, owch.

Looks like Mihocek and Tom McD for Deledio and L. Murphy. May also do Spargo to Ahern. Feel like Ahern will score more for some reason……
