  1. 2576 / Gawn / Was 9000 ish
Brought in Pendles for Fyfe which was good. Fritch to Westhoff not so.
Hawks in the 8 so a good week.

Good week. Still have 8 trades left and Fyfe to trade out, potentially dependlebury. Hopefully Simpson pulls up well.

  3. 2351 / Gawn

Disappointment after being projected for 2550 earlier in the round. Simpsons 0 (No bench cover) and a few under performing premos really killed me.

Relatively happy in the end. Bont and Luke Ryan get my spuds of the week award

  5. 2448/Gawn/was 2,800th

    9/10 league wins

Hoping to improve overall ranking, but it’s left me wondering what could of been with
    Neale (78), Mitchell (79), Laird & McLean (84), Sicily (92), Cripps (93) all under preforming & J Smith (54) / Billings (77) covering for the injured Simpson & Heeney.

    Cheers Catta

  6. 2407 / Beams

Highest score of the year with Simpson and Heeney riding the pine, go figure. Parker and Menegola were most disappointing, two thumbs up to new recruit Captain Beamer. Might finally break into the the top 5K this week?
Just about out of trades, but have decent cover on all lines, so here’s hoping for as little carnage as possible!

  7. 2441/Lloyd/ was 6000ish

Robinson the big spud of this week, but overall relatively happy.

Menegola, Neale and Ryan all sub 80 too which is a touch disappointing.

Fyfe sitting on the pine too to come back at some point.

  8. 2432/ Gawn
Oliver, Gawn, Grundy and Pendles on debut were all great.
Would have been massive but for C. Curnow as well as heeney and Simpson being out

Had a poor week compared to many but it wasn’t the worst of scores when i only had 21 playing with no cover for Simpson and Heeney being out didn’t help either.

Stars: Duncan, Stef, Gawn, Fritsch, Zerrett, Devon, Yeo
Not many in the stars this week but most of these were pods in my main league and i managed to pull off a win by 14 points, so they did the job. Duncan doing well the last 2 weeks so hopefully he can continue it. Fritsch managed a great score for my D6 and a very lacklustre first quarter so that ton was more of a 3 qtr score. Zerrett has really picked up the form with 5 straight tonnes so he is repaying me after his first few poor weeks after i brought him in.

Spuds: Franklin, Savage, Laird, Mclean, Titch
These guys were quite poor for their standards, especially Franklin and Savage as they are more Pods than the others. Savage had a great first half but went missing in the 2nd half and really blew a good game away. Buddy had really dropped off the last 2 weeks and that is the only time he has been in my team. I hope he turns it around during finals so he doesn’t make me regret my decision.

only 3/10 wins and most losses were comfortable. If Simpson played i would be in a different position but winning in the main league is what matters

  10. 2479 / Gawn / Ranked 1250

Pretty good considering Simpson donut and Heeney on the pine.

Very happy with Beams on debut for Fyfe.

    1. I should also say that my opponent had a good weekend, made a couple of good trades and deserved the win.

  11. 2365 / Gawn / >

    8/9 league wins.

Doedee and Ahern covered well for Simpson and Heeney.

I traded fyfe for Danger. Maybe Pendles would of been a better option. Time will tell.

    Heros. Gawn ,Oliver, Yeo, Smith,

Tons from Mundy and de Goey , Cogs and Nic Nat helped.

    Spuds. Wines. Parker .Ryan. Hibberd.

I’m still hoping to jump a few spots in the rankings.

Seems to be a lot of mixed scores in my leagues.

    Par score this week 2250?

  13. 2346/VC Gawn/was 697

Really I am not that unhappy. I have won 4 out of 9 leagues.

Considering Ablett had 68 (his old man could probably do better than that even now) and Neal (Fyfe replacement – what was I thinking as he will cop the tag now until Fyfe returns) both spudded it up
Had Rockilff’s score on the bench and couldn’t get it on field has had 28 playing.
Chose Smith instead of Austin- another 30+ pints missed.
I decided to take Billings 77 instead of ricking Ahern who even managed to beat that by 4.
    Just one of those weeks
One rant though – Savage, for gods sake kick it to yourself and play on when kicking in after a point. How do you think Shaw, Hurn, Lloyd, Witherden, Simpson, and others manage to inflate their supercoach scores.

    1. Well Done All saints on your 14pt win over my Team. Basically it came down to you managing to get Doedee’s 120 on the bench and Mihocek’s 46 for me covering the Simmo late out.
Look forward to a Rematch if we meet in Finals.

      1. Thanks mate. Yeah a bit lucky with Doedee. If I hadn’t brought Grundy in as well, you’d have done me.
Look forward to the rematch if I can hold on that long.
        Good luck

  14. 2416/Mitchell was 1274
Swapped captain from Gawn to Mitchell at last minute which hurts
However was lucky that I had Doedee as E for Simpson
Dunston nice surprise after slow start and good scores from Degoey and Shuey who have come into side over last 2 weeks but moderate performance from Billings

  15. Exactly 2400/Grundy/was 2377 Expect a modest ranking rise. Was in all sorts with no cover for Simmo…Duman to wbd Lynch 84 was precious. Titch v a disaster then Fyfe to pendles and c on Grundy saw 727 from bombers/pies game with zerrett and smith. Farewell heater..its been a great journey. Robinson…you are on notice.

  16. 2417/Gawn. Won 8 of 10. Was 4073rd place, will update when available.

Would have done way better without losing Heeney and Simpson, but I’m sure that’s a common refrain.

Only 2 trades left, so luckily have a bit of depth, with 26 players plus Simpson and Heeney, making 28, and two deliberate loophole donuts.

  17. Some great scores out there this week! Congrats to all those going large!!

All the late injuries to my trades the last two weeks have left me with all four not playing (+ heeney and late out simpson) so have really hurt.
Lost 146 places and down to 828 OA now with the donut eaten due to Simpson limiting the score this week to 2357 … damn!

      1. thanks HH, also includes Holman’s spud 45 and Neale’s less than great 78 … what could have been! Brought in Westhoff to provide extra cover across Fwds / Mids instead of bringing Lloyd into the defence, which would have been the better decision … not happy about that either …

        1. Yeah. I brought the Hoff in too, rather than take Ahern’s score while Heeney was out.

Meant I had to keep Luke Ryan.

But of a fail, but at least I got loopholing depth in forward and mids.

Only 3 trades left but kudos to Shuey for coming in for Fyfe.

  20. Up to 694th. Can’t be disappointed looking at the 2500+s everywhere!
Very happy with Doedee(E), Fritsch, Gawn, Oliver, Grundy (debut) and Yeo.
Disappointed with Savage, Laird, Cripps, McLean, Mitchell and JKelly (slightly given the Hutchings tag).
Hopefully Heeney and Simmo will be back this week.
Am also hoping my non-E FWD CMoore (98) can keep his spot. Could generate some decent cash/be decent cover come finals.

and 2600 didn’t even make the top 50!

  22. 2271 bloody Mitchell did it to me again
team startn to look good though
all my onfield rooks are upgraded now
Lloyd Yeo Laird Hurn Howe Hurley
Mitchell Cripps Danger Oliver Colignio Mclean Walters Shuey
    Gawn Nicnat
Sicily Heeney Rewoldt Kennedy Billings Dahlhouse
mirra mihocek holeman ahern spargo olango higgins smith
    300k in the bank
2 million on the bench but only 5 trades left
& yes I know my team is full of fallen premos
luxury trade would be Dahlhouse back to Fyfe come finals ..

  23. 2210 / Mitchell/ N/A

Wines, Franklin, Martin, Laird, Cripps (fyfe replacement), Sicily, Mclean, Mitchell, Heeney’s 0 all spudded up for me. Shoutout to Gray, Mcdonald, Fritsch, Nic Nat, Lloyd, danger, oliver, Gawn, Smith, yeo, Coniglio.

I’ve only got 3 trades left so I’ll probably End up going Wines to Macrae if he comes back with the same form and hopefully Ahern to Fyfe when he gets back. Otherwise my team is done and my first year back hasn’t been great.

    1. 2521 / Gawn (via Olango) / low 500’s

Moved up 300 spots this week, highest ranking for the season. I’ve got 5 trades but only 50k in the bank. I may hold fire on trades this week, assuming both Simmo and Heeney make it back.

  24. 2532

Stars – Gawn, Grundy, Oliver, Yeo, Brayshaw (Melb), Devon Smith and Rocky.

Could have been massive with Mitchell, Cripps, Martin, McGovern and Ablett not really firing. Had Heeney on the pine but Fritsch went 12 so it didn’t hurt me.

Ranked 11,065 but have picked up about 10,000 ranking spots in the last couple of weeks. 4 trades left, no real injury issues and enough bench depth for now.
