  1. 2300/Danger

    Frustrated.

Was on track for 2450 but Fyfe going down and having Parker, Drew and Setters combine for 120 was annoying. I reckon around par this week and hopefully can jump up from the top 5k but I donโ€™t know how much by….

  2. happy with 2290 missed some big C points going with lloyd 130 over cripps 157 neale 177 & libba 150 , no injuries was good though

  3. 2395/Danger

    Happy but slightly annoyed .

Parker, Drew and Setters hurt the potential score, Dusty also no good

  4. My friends said “don’t take him back, he will hurt you again!”
“It’s alright, he is a changed man I told them.”
My friends were right – Rocky broke me again!

    1. lloyds concussion dropped his scoring for the last 10 games of the season , we’ll have to wait & see how rocky & fyfe recover

  5. 2286/Macrae

Up until Saturday night I was on track for 2400+. Drew, Darling, Oliver, Steele and Parker cost me. Ugh.

  6. 2452/Danger

Pretty happy with this week with 3 players > 150 and 9 players > 100
Just hope I did enough to get into the SCT Cup (was 257th coming in)

  7. 2261/Cripps

Very up and down week with Some very big and some very small scores

    Heroes: Cripps, Libba, Ryan

Heroes but not 150: Danger, B.Crouch, Grundy, Constable, Walsh

Villains: Drew, Parker, Smith, Crisp, Darling, Dunkley

  8. 2446/ Neale
I was pretty damn happy about the score, but damn unlucky…..
I’m in 10 leagues, meaning there were 180 matchups. 2446 was the third highest out of those…. Take a guess who beat I was up against…. It was unlucky to play against one of those but to play against both…..Geez

    1. Screw leagues, Emma, with that score you’re going to be ranked right up there. Nicely done!

And the C on Neale, wow!

      Damn you Mr Ridley!
Foiled by your late inclusion! If you had simply not played you would have been traded to Rozee!
I’ll get you next time Ridley! Next time!
Yours sincerely a slightly annoyed supercoacher

    3. BMRFB? That might have been me, Emma – sorry. If I didnโ€™t switch my captain from Danger to Macrae at the last minute you wouldโ€™ve had me by a point… bloody close one!

      1. Hey Tommy, yup you got me!, It’s great to bump into someone you actually play against. No need for apologies it’s great competition. Also well done on your score!
I’ll admit I probably didn’t help myself….. I traded Heeney out this week. Yup I’ll put my hand up I was one of those

        1. Emma.

Trading Heeney must of been the only questionable thing you did last week!

You smashed me in B-Harv’s league.

          Captaining Neale was pure genius.

Best of luck for the rest of the year.

          1. Hey Freo tragic, Great to hear from you too ๐Ÿ™‚
I was spewing about a couple of things I mucked up. If I had of done a couple of things slightly different I would have got equal 7th for round 3 points.
But I’ll admit that I reckon I just got lucky this week, was amazed with Neales score! Certainly wasn’t expecting that. I only went with him because Oliver didn’t show up to the captains party

Best of luck to you too

            1

          2. And bad luck with Rocky. Our matchup could have been very close if not for that. Any other week and I reckon you’d have got me

            1. Maybe “another week”

              Not last week.

The SC gods were totally on your side after that Ridley comment.

              Seriously funny ๐Ÿ™‚

Hopefully I can hold it together and make finals.

              See ya there!

  9. 2260/Danger

Another week of leaving approx 30pts behind due to C choice.
Some great scores tempered by some poor rookie scores & the Fyfe injury.
Thereโ€™s always something to drag your team down. Finding that having a really great SC week is as likely as winning Tatts.

  10. 2220/ P Dangerfield

    120+: P Dangerfield, Z Merrett, I Heeney, B Grundy, L Whitfield, L Neale
    100+: S Walsh, Z Williams, T Goldstein, R Sloane
    80-99: C Oliver, C Constable, R Laird
    Below 80: N Fyfe, J Darling, B Smith, J Scrimshaw, D Moore, W Setterfield, X Duursma, Z Butters, W Drew

Apart from Fyfe, Darling, Drew and Setterfield combining for 186 happy with the rest. Looks like it will be the 3rd consecutive season I have missed out on gaining entry to the SCT Cup.

  11. 2340/Danger

Fyfe, Darling and Drew hurt. Could have been a massive score, funny to be dissapointed after a score like that

    2

    1
  12. 2302/Macrae
Positive is I switched from Dangerfield to Macrae as captain and extra 9 points got me over 2300 when Macrae looked like putting up less then 60 qtr time. Wonโ€™t risk 120 + score next time
Whitfield, Williams, Grundy Goldstein Billings, Constable , Walsh , Moore , M Crouch Heeney Cripps all good.
Dusty, Drew, Parker, Steele, Oliver Smith all under par
Scrimshaw , Clarke , Dursma par

    3

  13. 2348 / Danger / 8k ish pre open

Pretty happy all around, setterfield and drew were the only major letdowns, but as rookies Iโ€™m not too worried.

Was also lucky to start off with a narrow win in LOEC2, beating Blake by only 15 pts.

    3

    0
  14. 2400 / Dangerfield / TBA (was 23,140)

9/10 league wins, which generally means a comfortably above-par score, so should climb up the rankings a bit based on that.

Lycett, Drew, and Parker all obviously missed the memo about it being a high-scoring round, but luckily their teammates all stepped up.

    5

  15. 2476 / Dangerfield

11 out of 12 premos tonned up (Dunkley…), plus Williams, Libba and Walsh. The rookie forwards were awful, but I think nearly everyone has them anyway. Very pleasing weekend, may have to trade to fix up some rookies next week though (Balta, Gibbons and Hore)

    8

  16. 2330/ Danger

Would say about par overall however some BIG scores on here already. Let down by Drew but everyone has him, Crisp was the main concern getting 50.

Still happy hoping to improve ranking into top 5k

  17. 2298/McRae
Not starting with Libba and Neale really hurt this week. Luckily l stuck to my guns and not traded in Rocky this week. Fyfe going down early in the 3rd term was the only disappointment for me. Studs: Walsh, Constable, Z. Williams.

What could have been had I made a better C choice after not taking Danger.I think dad would be proud of this score.

      1. Nice one Pops Daughter.

Not only a great score, your comfortably leading the Pops Prefects league with a healthy percentage!

        Pop would be proud. ๐Ÿ˜‰

Traded dusty out, don’t regret it.

I think my poor tigers will be fielding half their VFL team playing against port.

  20. 2233 – Danger

Started Fyfe and TK this season, brought in Rocky this week.

Fyfe and Rocky cost me an absolute shoe-in head to head.

Gonna be another long week at the trade table.
Well, at least I didnt trade Heeney *cough cough*

  21. 2194/Danger

Fyfe, Rocky, Crisp all terrible – at least I started them all!

Some rookies were bad, which I cant really complain about, but I also don’t have a lot of the guys who went massive – namely Libba, Neale and Whitfield.

  22. 2456 – Macrae -16874 before this round

Was bloody nervous at quarter time of the doggies match after skipping over Danger as VC. Then looking at the stats and afl fantasy scores during the St Kilda game thought I was on track for an even bigger score. Slightly disappointed by Billings and Steeleโ€™s final scores but definitely happy with the total score…

  23. 2356, Danger as capt

Pretty happy, wish I had the C on Neale though ๐Ÿ˜‰

Darling, Smith, Fyfe and the forward rookies a letdown this week.

  25. 2433/Danger

Started round 1 at rank 65,000ish, and now at Rd3 I’ve jumped all the way up to 4400ish. Still have all 30 trades left too (usually I’m at 27ish trades at this stage of the year haha).

    10

  26. 2367/Danger/2948

Drew,Parker and B.Smith the biggest let downs.
Also dissapointed I didn’t put the C on Neale.
But happy with my overall rank.

Very happy with the score and rank but could have been so much better if I had left the Captain’s armband with Lachie Neale.

  28. 2400/Macrae/254th!

Managed to avoid a lot of the carnage this round.
Parker, Drew and Scott let me down, but fortunately they let a lot of others down too!
Pumped I stayed top 1000 and jumped up a bunch too!

  29. 2545/cpt. Neale/4,955 (up 57,175 places)

I have been waiting many, many, many years to post a score I can be proud of. After reading many, many, many, many years of SCT……..Tonight is the night! Thank you to all of you for this ripper site

    30

    4
        1. I’ve been waiting that day too ……..and I’m still waiting.
I had Fyfe, Rocky, Drew, Parker and Scott all on field so I guess I was lucky to get over 2200.
I keep telling myself “it’s just a game, it’s just a game”, but I feel deflated. It looks like a long season and we’re only three rounds in.

    Welcome back Heeney.
Just a few rookie selections letting me down this week. Plus no Neale, Whitfield and Libba..

Some rippa scores this week. Congrats to you. And goodluck to the coaches in the SCT CUP, unfortunately Gassassination has bowed out before it has begun. Here’s to next year!

  31. 2359/ Danger/3658
Fielded: Walsh, Whitfield,Coniglio,Neale,Billings, Danger, Kelly, Constable,Cripps, Heeney,Williams, Grundy, Libba.
12 players cracked the 100 with Constable and Oliver just failing short.
Lycett disappointing but part of the plan and averaging 90 which is ok
Missed Collins score, went with Clarke and Duursma
    Went Scott over butters
Setterfield was benched but drew and Parker didnโ€™t do much

  32. 2310/Macrae/2558 rank

Happy I didn’t get trigger happy and bring Kelly in for Heeney last week. Also even considered Rocky despite being burnt by him last year.

  33. 2341. Macrae.
Rocky and fyfe notoriously injury prone and get the same injury same round. I only have rocky but the chances of that happening to those players same round?
Think I’ll try to Neale into macrae for c from here on out.

  34. 2347/Kept Danger from VC/6.6k down to 3.2k

12 tons with Crippa and Libba bringing in the sesquiscentennial.

Says plenty about the site when my biggest thrill is making the SCT Cup !!

  35. 2424/Danger/1649th

Delighted with that in Rd3 and 10/10 league wins.

Heroes: Whitfield, Williams, Cripps, Neale, MCrouch, Liberatore, Walsh, Constable, Grundy, Gawn, Dangerfield and Heeney

Villains: BSmith, Steele, Dunkley, Drew and Parker

Some outstanding scores posted by SCTers this week. Congrats to all.

  37. 2352/macrae 14293
    Moved up 21000 spots.
    Had drew,setters and darling.

Darling and dunkley. If darling doesnโ€™t ton up this week vs freo he will leave me in position where I have to hold. Dunkley has Collingwood and I donโ€™t expect much from him this week either.

    Wish I had libba!

  38. 2272 / Fyfe
Had Neale as captain until about an hour before his game
Was on track for over 2400 until Fyfe decided he didn’t want his head anymore.
Had constable on the pine too.
Burning a trade on Dusty this week, he needs to go

  39. 2284/Danger/20k

  40. Seen My Baseball?

    2430/Macrae/392

Looking good so far. Played Scott onfield over Butters too thinking he would bounce back so could of had a few more points there.

Very happy overall! Still on 30 trades and doubt I will trade this week.

  41. 2247 / Danger / -1 116 to 17 710.

Not a great week for the Donkey’s.

No chance to make the SC cup. ๐Ÿ™

    At least Freo got up.

  42. Hey team, missed the boat the last few weeks, but I’m back in action after the wedding and honeymoon.

    2267/Neale/24k

Whitfield, Neale, Cripps, Walsh, Danger & Heeney (glad I stuck with him) were my heroes.

Crisp, an injured Fyfe, Setterfield, Drew and Parker stunk the place up real good.

Also Laird has been very average for his usual standards.

    0

    0
  43. 2283/Danger/24,833

Crisp the big disappointment. Far from panicked on him. Same dodgy rookie scores as most everyone else.

Went up 13,405 from last week. No trades used yet. Sad about the first week being so bad, but going in the right direction.
