  1. 2285/Cripps

Kelly, Sicily, danger, atkins combined for 436 which helper enormously.

Hopefully enough to get into the SCT cup!

  2. 2240/Macrae

Average captain choice which harm me too much as most had either Cripps or Danger.

Only Kelly scored above 130 and hoping to jump up a but.

  3. 2248/Gawn

Another solid week for the Losers. Was ranked 5298 so I should be moving up a few spots in the rankings as the pretenders start to fall away.

    2

    3
  4. 2250 / Gawn / was 13 136.

Gawn and Danger scored the same ,so I lost nothing in the Captain’s stakes.

Kelly was awesome after last week ,and top scored for my team.

I seem to have won most of my leagues.

    Special shout out to..

Sean’s Mob@SCT that beat me in by one point in @SUPERCOACTALK

Hoping to sneak into the top 10K.

    1. Tough to get a victory in that one.
That League is now ranked 90th, a couple spots in front of LOEC2 (92nd)

  5. 2152, Cripps,
Very mediocre week. Hopefully maintain rank. Probably need to start trading to get this thing rolling …

  6. 2074/Cripps/I don’t want to know

    STUDS:
Oliver, Cripps, Gawn, Lloyd, Walsh, M. Crouch, Danger.

    SPUDS:
    LDU, Darling.

Having Gibbons and Petruccelle on the bench hurt, as well as having too many iffy scores from the likes of Neale and Laird.

Also Jack Darling get the f**k out of my team.

  7. 2141. Only in 3 leagues. Have won a match by 2 points and another by 1. Absolutely lost it. You poor buggers!

  8. 2167/Cripps/ Was 4515
First below par week and my 2 worst scores were Wagner and Parker. Could do nothing about the forward line as no cover on the bench but Wagner was my lowest scoring rookie in the mids with a 33. Had Scott with a 41 as emergency but then Gibbons with his tonne.
Premiums weren’t terrible just didn’t go large as none dropped below 90, except Whitfield on 86. Captain was an ok choice but could have been improved slightly.

6/10 wins still a good sign, take the rounds 1 by 1, was due a poor one but it wasn’t shocking. Still another 18 to go and 28 trades still to use

    1. Surprisingly only sitting with a rank of 5003. Was expecting a much larger drop with a round rank of 30k

  9. 2304/ Cripps

About par I would think rookies really good (Drew, Gibbons, Petrecelle, Hore ext.) giving themselves extra weeks of cash generation.

2 trades this round Butters (scored better than I thought he would) -> Stack & Sweet -> O’Brien. Happy with them good cash to come from both

Rookies from my team that are near expiry date Burgess, Parker, Scott, Clark & Setterfield

    1. Think you are a bit better than par Hynsi. I haven’t seen a lot of scores over 2300 going around. Well done mate!

  10. 2258/Cripps

    Pretty happy with everything.

Clark and Parker on the block this week, double downgrade would be ideal, but not sure if there will be anyone on the bubble.

Bit miffed I traded out Gibbons instead of Parker, but thems the breaks. Hore and O’Brien feeling like very handy ins.

Hopefully a little over par going by other scores listed above & can continue climbing up

  12. 2197….lost by 4pts. Was tossing c on cripps or gawn….cost me a few league wins…..kick the farking thing Cripps !!

Have no idea whether I will go up or down in the rankings?

6 out of my 10 league matches were decided by under 15 points. Can’t remember such a tight round! Lots of premos scoring average hundreds.

For the first time this year, I managed to start my highest scoring rookies on field (apart from Butters over Gibbons) which helped. Big shout out to Telly and BSmith!

  14. 2263/Cripps/was 33K

Much better week for me Premos and Rookies finally firing, had Hore and Gibbons bench but no biggie i’d take my score. Woulda Liked Oliver and co to use they’re ball better as i had 5 mids go 35+ with 110 the highest score :s

    Studs:
    Hurn
    Petru
    Gawn
    Danger
    Kelly
O’Brien (Bench make that $$ son)

    Duds:
Collins/Atkins fielded for Hore/Gibbons oh well
    Parker

250k Banked for Parker to Heeney and Scott to Ross/Hatley/Hayes

  15. 2191/ Cripps / 30K

Only used 1 trade so far to bring in Stack this weekend. Looking to make another downgrade up front to Baker and then get started on Upgrades.

  16. 2133/Danger was 585
Nice knowing top 1k, but with this score you’ll be a distant memory. Left about 100 points on the bench with Hore and Gibbons, so 2233 will have been about par I would’ve thought. Sheed and Collins out for the Bont and probably Hurn. Will check BE’s first but they’re likely to be the first choice in a particularly quick turnaround!

  17. 2132 / danger / 28k

Actually had an okay week with premos but decided to use constable over sweet to get the VC loop on the Sunday and made Wagner my emg for constable instead of stack last minute and copped a 33. Swapping hore and Clark wasn’t great either.

Unfortunately it’s the little things in SC that stuff the score up! Upgrade time this week for me. Not a good start to the year

  18. 2134/Danger/ 7k but suspect losing plenty this round.

Only won 1/8 (thankfully cash league) and lost 4 four by 14 or fewer points.
Danger and Big Max only studs with a bunch of premos scoring 90’s and a few with low tons.
Biggest under achiever was McCarthy with Scott and Collins disappointing.

Tech team looked like a 2200+ until the Cat spuds jogged onto the field to disgrace my score and only sneak into low 2000’s.

  19. 2255 / Danger / was 730

Anything over 2200 seems about par, so hoping I can maintain my ranking or improve a bit.

No standout performers, but not many poor ones either. Apart from Collins and Scrimshaw my lowest score was Zak Butters on 74…

  20. 2189 / Dangerfield / dropped 17 spots to 74

Was sweating bullets when Danger spent almost the entire first quarter in the goal square, but he came through okay in the end. No tons from any of Neale, Boak, Whitfield or Heeney was unusual, and left Gibbons and Hore on the bench. Slightly below par, but not too unhappy.

I was going to wait until next week to get Tim Kelly, but that trade can’t wait that long!

  21. 2289/Cripps/70!!

Up from 308. Well and truly my best Supercoach year ever.
12 @ 100+ and 5 below 90. Loopholed Petrucelle and Stack. Boak and Neale came back to earth but only really Taranto below par. 27 trades left and $163k in the bank.

  22. 2143/Cripps/7010 (dropped from 5,000 last week)

Biggest disappointments would have to be:
    R.Gray – 45
    Collins – 45

Besides them my team preformed pretty well,
wouldn’t have hurt if Heeney, Neale & Macrae had done a touch better and hit the 100.

  23. 2072/ Danger/ 24316 (from 15500)

Very happy with captain Danger continuing the run of 5 consecutive 125+ captain scores as well as S Walsh and Z Merrett the only others to go over 110. Awful performance by J Darling and he potentially could make way for T Kelly. Hopefully can start to claw my way back over the next couple of rounds.

  24. 2137/Cripps/ranked 15472

no real bad scores but no big scores either.

I am actually most disappointed in the coach (yes I am talking about myself in the 3rd person).
I could see that I was struggling in a few leagues but still maintained the status quo and didn’t make a change like taking a chance on Gibbons or I also had Drew on the bench.

I don’t know which AFL legend said it first but I think I may need to have a good hard look at myself.

Well done to Salamander on a close fought win and Trudge Triumph for trouncing me (no change there mate!)
Some very close encounters of the third kind; three wins by 4 or less pts. Condolences to those, incl. FD.
Some great scores. Well done all. Time for a trade or two.

    1. Had some very close results but managed to win 8 from 10 with 2252, our early season match up was the one I most closely monitored

  26. 2302/Whitfield/10,856th

Moved up 20,000 spots thanks to a solid round 5.

Thanks to all that touched down during the week in the trade thread to bring in Shannon Hurn down back – he was kind enough to reward me with 121 points!

Hopefully be able to make a move in to the top 5000 over the next few rounds with a bit more luck.

  27. 2125/Cripps

Not many super high scores, Zerrett, Danger & Walsh my top 3.
Menegola, Marshall & Collins conspiring to bring the team down this week.
Congrats to all those doing well this week & season. One day I’ll get there…

  28. 2071/Gawn/Big drop down to around 30k rank.

Bit of a stuff up with Constable being ruled out and ended up 1 player short.

Need a bounce back this week.

    Bummer!!
Had a shocker after being afk Wed-Sat. Left over 150pts on the bench and overall just had a stinker.
Still 30 trades in hand. Time to make a some changes

  33. 2187/Dangerfield/61895

A decent round to somewhat make up for 2 horror weeks. Had 14 players in between 90 and 110. Only players to go below that were Collins, Butters, Atkins, Moore and Rozee. Finally had the C on the right player this week.

  34. 2222/Macrae/188 Overall

I went up 108 places somehow. Hopefully Macrae can bounce back but I am pretty happy atm where I am, hopefully I can hit Top 100 in the coming weeks.
