Alas, just the one. I traded Broughton to Birchall before last weeks match. I’m also thinking that I may bring in Sandilands as my last trade next week if he looks OK, as he will be quite cheap next week.

Just have one less than yourself, …oh wait that would be none!Was damaged the other week when Redden was dropped off the extended bench and Hale was a late withdrawal, decided to go McEvoy and Roughhead for Ryder and Hale to avoid doughnuts, ended up with a doughnut from Roughy last week, Losing my Fwd/Back DPP a few weeks ago was costly,Cant wait for them to BLOW the siren to end the season !!Trying to protect my ranking for dear life at the moment ! The only up side to all this is I dont have to stress about making any trades.

I know the feeling of attempting to protect the ranking well!
There is an extreme emotional disparity between obtaining the exhalant joy of not having to worry about making ‘the-right-trade’ with the precious few that you have remaining and the excruciating wait, not just on Thursday night, but again on Friday and before the late changes are announced, that comes with seeing the ‘remaining trades’ having a big, fat zero next to it!

First year actually worrying about it properly so i understand how it works a little better now and i can think i will do quite nicely next season. Still gotta try and win these finals though!

Biggest mistakes: Starting with Broughton and Mummy. Had Nicnat in my team all preseason but bottled it with my final team.
Shaw to Rance (Rd 4) – Rance has been ok but having him in Rd 4 & 5 only made a difference to 2 out of ten games and made no difference at all to my final ladder positions. Think I’ll swallow my pride and a couple of donuts next year.
Best trades: Broughton to Goddard & Mummy to NicNat (Rd 3)
Fyfe – Roughead (Rd 4) and then Giles to Pattison (Rd 14). Being able to swing Roughy back and forth between Rucks and Forwards has been gold.
Sheil – Beams (Rd 8) & Smedts – Dangerfield (Rd 12)
