    1. Extremely unlucky and wouldn’t classify it as a waste but still a great score at this stage of the season and good luck in your pursuit of a top 100 finish.

      1. But seriously, now Sloane needs to be traded and I only have enough cash for a Prestia type after wasting 60 points and my bank on the old fart Hurn.

        1. Just hope Sloane gets up next week. You posted a great score nevertheless, TR.

          …and don’t talk sh*t about Hurn lol.

            1. They didn’t say anything about a fracture, he had blurred vision and they correctly kept him off.

With the Crows being sued rn over concussion management, there was no way they were rolling the dice w Sloane.

  1. 2498 / Cripps / 214

Sicily loophole served me well but fielding Hurn over Laird hurt. Boak, Neale and Lloyd all villains, MCrouch was the saving grace after killing me all season. Hoping to bump rank up some more

  2. 2305/ J Macrae/ TBA (was 9366)

Still waiting for the elusive round when I can crack 2400 this season as well as fielding my full strength side.

Only 7 players above 100 (Heeney, Sicily, Macrae, Dangerfield, Merrett, Fyfe and Cripps) with 4 players below 80 (Gray, Westhoff, Mundy and Hurn) with the remaining all between the 80-99 range (R Sloane, J Lloyd, M Gawn, L Neale, H Andrews, R Marshall, T Kelly, B Grundy, R Laird, C Oliver and Z Williams)

  3. 2312/ McRae/ 10k odd

Coming into the last game (vs 2nd from the league) I was up 43 points with it being Sloane and Hurn up against Smith and B.Crouch. What are the odds of it being the oppo’s player directly causing my player a concussion, whilst being on the same team and consequently almost winning the matchup as a result? Won by 2 in the end. Great stuff but not having Dunkley is going to end up costing me.

  4. 2413/Macrae/2533 still in lock-out

Was on track for 2500~ until Sloane got injured and Hurn tapered off- main thing is the Eagles won.

    1. Hey GD,

      Updating you as requested…

Thanks to Parker & Hurn fucking me every which way possible – i ended up losing by 9pts

Too many injuries & not enough trades the final few rounds before finals sees me go out in straight sets! ๐Ÿ™

      Led league with 15-1 record… 3 games clear & huge %

Was 238th overall only 4 weeks ago & on track to easily smash my previous best season ranking, but now plummeting down the ladder just like my Bombers

Waste of fucking time, energy & year all round!!

PS – A huge thanks to you/everyone that helped me with SC advice for 2019 … It is greatly appreciated

      1. Ooof, mrgh. Rough weekend for you, mate.

Even post-plummet, you’ll still have a respectable ranking- so good job and, hey, there’s always next year (I mean the Bombers should be relegated, but you can have another crack at SC).

And np on the advice front, just repayin’ the community.

    2. Still respectable score GB.

      2466/Macrae/ rank now 2214
      Ladhams did well on debut
      and Bontempelli on debut respectable.
Kennedy on bench scoring 89 was a waste considering Gray and Boak on field.

Haha, glad to see the Ladhams play panned out for you and contributed to a handsome 2466. Nicely done.

    Sigh.
Traded Worpel two weeks ago, kept Lycett, playing setterfield, couldnt get Fyfe back in because of Ryan. Nuff said lol. Had a good run while it lasted, just couldnt get the last 8 trades right but thats supercoach

    1. Mate, same here, I couldn’t get a trade to go my way to save myself for the last 5 trades. There were just no options. Kudos to the great year you’ve had, they’re dizzying heights you were in.

Won the all important cash league and still in 3/5 preliminary finals. There’s no oxygen left,so everything has to go right over the next 2 weeks.

  8. 2420/Mccrae/was 1920

Was hoping to at least stay inside the top 2k but don’t like my chances.
Boak, Sloane and Crisp hurt me in the end.

Hurn/Boak/Neale/Lloyd could have made it a decent round if anywhere near their averages.

Rapped to crack the top 5k. Have had a strong couple of weeks. Had M Crouch on the pine would you believe!

  11. Got a spare $82.5k(SC $ !) if any one wants it! Might be a good initiative for SC next year to have the ability to buy a trade, how much would they be worth 80k? That’d keep it interesting!

  12. Itโ€™s with gritted teeth I congratulate Adams Allstars in taking out the SCT Draft grand final against the Bearded Burblers.

    1. Very interesting encounter with both captains under 100 but unlucky in the end with 4 of your players under 80 (2 under 50) in comparison to my 1.

      1. Was looking at Rozee over stringer, but how? How could u select a rookie over an experienced player….25 pts, thatโ€™s bloody how.
Either way, player for player, you had the better team. Nicely done.
        See you next year!

  13. Don’t ask.

    2,213 / Cripps / 5,787 (was 4,132)

*sigh* Gunston and Lycett out meant a guaranted doughnut; with F7 Zac Fisher’s 23 (Teague, I absolutely love what you’ve done with the team, but does Zac have to spend so much time forward?), it might as well have been two doughnuts.

Can this season please end, before I drop out of the top 10,000?

Anyway, if Lycett isn’t back in next week, I’m starting a petition on Change.org to have Ken Hinkley fired.

Back in the top 2000 for the first time in 15 weeks!

Lost an Elimination Final, but won 3. Have 8 Prelims this week, 3 of which are against Seanโ€™s Mob@SCT who is flying at the moment (gulp). Up against a couple of SCT legends in Catta and BeardedBurbler in two others.
Not going to be easy, but do have two trades up my sleeve and $250k in the bank. Gonna be a long weekend with last minute loopholing and trades to get over the line.
    Looking forward to it.

Some massive scores again from SCTers and great to see SO many still in the top100 overall. Mighty impressive efforts. Good luck to all.

  15. 2493 / Macrae / 5194 up 1311.

I won all my league match ups, This puts me in seven major prelims and two minor prelims.

Pretty happy I kept M Crouch too.

I do have Sloane and Marshall to worry about this week. I can cover one with Westhoff, but if both miss I start to get a bit thin with Hatley ,Burgess or I Hill. Lets hope it doesn’t come to that!

One more solid week, and I should make a few grand finals and hopefully crack the top 5K.

  16. 2449/Macrae/340

Kinda happy with the score seeing as i had alot of sub par premo scores and Sloane going down just after half time hurt a bit too :s in 10/10 prelims so hoping to win most of them if i can haha

    Studs:
    Macrae
    Fyfe
    Cripps
    M.Crouch
    Dunkley
    Danger
    Greene

    Duds:
    B.Smith
    Lloyd
    Neale
    Grundy
    Sloane
    Marshall
    Boak

1 trade left and 80k banked will trade Sloane to Merrett/Yeo if he misses.

  17. 2549/Macrae

Started as a disaster and ended up as one of my best for the year – traded parish to Hopper early Friday (strapped for cash) and didnโ€™t find out he was a late out u til halftime. Ended up taking Clarkeโ€™s score and stoked to get inside the top 500 for the round. Crouch, Sicily and Dunkley the heroes. Byrne Jones has also been huge for me lately.

Got lucky by holding onto Crouch and Sicily, but Hurn has been a really bad trade in.. So close to my goal of top 500, surely next week!
