Anyone else think The Blues have a chance this week?

They certainly do as the Swans record at ANZ Stadium is not great and they do have a few out. But it will be tough for the Blues coming back from Perth and going on the road again.

Isn’t Sydney’s record at ANZ not too flash ‘cos they usually play Gellong or Collingwood there? Have the Blues even played there before? Swannies for me, and add a few goals to the final margin if Mummy comes back into the side.

I am stunned that Tuck has three strikes. I wonder if Hawthorn will de-list him.

When did he serve his six match ban for number 2 strijk?

In any case he doesnt have a brownlow so he’s gone.

Six match at two strikes is only suspended which is further evidence the system is soft as fairy floss. The MAX suspension after three strikes is 12 matches plus the six so not even a season whereas in any other credible global sporting code the penalty for FIRST offence is MIN two years suspension.
The best contemporary example is the two year ARU suspension of Wendall Sailor which the NRL ratified by not allowing him to switch codes before it was served.
The testing regime of the AFL is also a joke which is evidenced by them not catching Cousins, Fletcher, Edwards and I’m sure many others in Adelaide and Melbourne.

Also bored. So much time on my hands with no supercoach, either post here or have the Mrs on my back about chores.

Can’t see Carlton winning but alot on the line as it’s opening up nicely for the winner of this game to sneak through to a prelim. Swans i’d back in a semi against an under performing Doggies whilst Carlton would be 50/50 chance against them on current Doggies form.

[Collingwood is a monty to beat the Doggies .. aren't they??]
