Last Minute Queries – Rd4

Written by Schwarzwalder on April 14 2017

Questions?  Questionables?  Questionability?  Quizzes? Quizzing?  Quizzed?  Quandaries?  Queries?  Queried?  Quagmires?  Q & A?  FAQs? Quick  answers!!

Round Four is underway but moves can still be made due to the Rolling Lockout.  Should I place the big C on Dangerfield or Pendles?  Do you know of a late withdrawal?  Who starts at D6?  Can I move DPP players when making a trade?  Why can’t I reverse trades anymore?  Can the Tigers make it a 4-0 start to the year (go, you good things!) 😉   Whatever the query, our SCT Coaches will be more than happy to answer it here………..

  1. This question was close in the TU/D segment so I’m trying a sneaky 2nd round of it before i make the call today

    T/U Gawn -> S.Martin
T/D Gawn -> N Roo [Nank to Ruck]

  2. One trade done, Hibberd to Newman. Deciding on whether to do a 2nd trade with JOM injured already
TU – JOM to Broomfield via DPP
TD – waste of trade, JOM will improve

  3. From each according to his abilities, to each according to his needs.

Ladies and gentlemen, you may remember me stopping by two years ago to warn you of the dangers of picking elliot yeo. I wish now to inform you that it is the time to bring this young comrade in.

Yeo has aquired the occult ability to add value to himself, which will bring forth living offspring, or, at the least, he will lay golden eggs.

Dont try and make sense of it, just bring him in asap.
Thank you for your time comrades

    1. Last night………E Yeo played loose man in defence. Mc Govern played forward.

When Darling returns. Mc Govern will go back again.

E Yeo may then have to actually play on somebody and defend.

Don’t get me wrong Yeo can go BIG..

But he can also spud it up for weeks at a time.

If you picked him from the start you would be laughing at me right now.

If you are thinking of trading him into your side ……DO NOT.

      He will burn you.

  5. I’m thinking

    Trading Gawn – witts
Omera – any premium midfielder such as bont or Pendles

    Thumbs up do it
    Thumbs down Gawn -Stefan Martin

  6. To utilize the loophole with JOM, would he have to be captained onfield or
Would off the field still have the same effect with or without the emergency? Thanks in advance

    1. Not exactly sure if this is a captaincy loophole question, so I’ll illustrate with an example if that helps.

If you have JOM on the field and say SPP as EMG (and he scores under par), you can then substitute JOM with say Parfitt if you have him in the MIDS.

Obviously if you end up swapping JOM with Parfitt, you won’t be able to use JOM for the captaincy loophole.

      Hope that helps.

  7. I was able to loophole Turner via Eddy but he’s spudded up again so need to make a trade, which was my contingency plan. I need to get rid of Eddy or Barrett (or maybe even Taranto as that frees up more cash). But which one?

    T/u – Eddy must go
    T/d – Barrett must go

Comment – Taranto has to go.
