    1. I think if Buddy plays deep forward D.Talia will get the job.

Doedee may have to cover him if he goes up the ground.

I have O’Conner ,so I’m going to loophole him just in case.

65+ and Naughton stays on the pine.

      1. I’m not sure either
But Oliver has a break even on 150 so u will get him a bit cheaper eventually and I have a bias love for macrae

  1. Who to place the C on
    T/U Fyfe

    T/D Mitchell
Mitchell might get tagged, so he might only pull out a 105-110
I also have Dangerfield and Gawn as potentially captain options

  2. I have 28 trades left and 239k banked. I’m trading out Kelly for Coniglio, should I upgrade Brayshaw for someone like Walters or McLean? Don’t have the cash for Gray.

    T/U – Upgrade to premo
    T/D – Hold off

    1. McLean or Mundy.

Both play plenty of Midfield minutes.

Walters is named in a forward pocket. He goes huge occasionally but is just as likely to put up sub 60 scores.

McLean has a much better Bye round so I would stick with him.

    1. I have the same dilemma.

I think I am gonna hold him this week, have pressing issues elsewhere and hoping he can break out of this funk with a big score against Suns, he is certainly on his last chance with me though.

  3. Raging sideways trades
    Goldy to nic nat
    and billings to gray.
    One trade used so far.
    TU go for it
TD why are you still raging this late in the week? Calm down

    19

    10
    1. If I calm down a little maybe just the one. Which one?
TU Goldy to nic nat( can’t afford Grundy without a downgrade)
      TD Billings to Gray

      11

      1. Will he though? I don’t think so… his rest will be his bye thats all he will need. They won’t play finals so won’t get rested in the late rounds.

    1. Can’t go wrong with either, but if you have extra cash can get Oliver probably cheaper next week (has breakeven of 150).

  4. Unfortunately only game I can VC is tonight due to all non-playing players being early.

    TU – Laird
    TD – Heeney

  5. Is JKelly a must-trade? Ranked inside 200. Already have Martin, Mitch, Fyfe, Cripps, Cogs.
    Thinking Danger, Merrett, or Oliver?

T/U: Hold, should be 1 more week.

T/D: 1 more week could turn into 3.

    7

    26
      1. Agreed, but I want to chase points not breakevens. If I can pick up one of these high BE guys a week before everyone else and they go huge it’ll massively help with rankings.

Regardless of trade-in target, would you trade?

        1. AJ you’re in the top 200 mate.. back yourself and keep doing what you’re doing.. completely different, I ended up winning the 2017 NRL Fantasy comp just kept backing myself.. just keep doing what feels right mate.. when it comes to the AFL I’m not dishing out advice thou, just with the back yourself mantra, I’m the 1 who needs the help with the Sherrin form of the game.. traded out Stephenson for Henry last week, man that still freaking stings..

          9

          1. Cheers mate. Well done on NRL 2017 though, that’s insane!!
Painful trade last week, could work out in the long run though. Think I’m going to hold Kelly, hopefully turns into a little POD.

  6. $92,400 Bank

TU – Homan & Bonner for Coniglio & Mirra

TD – Bonner & Brayshaw for Sicily & Coffield (Can DPP with Finlayson & Keeffe)

    Appreciate your help guys.

  7. Last one 🙂

    M8

    T/U Holman

    T/D Banfield

I’m going with the thumbs this time, as I failed badly last week.

Thanks again and good luck for a long weekend of SC

  8. Really weird one for DRAFT

TU: Kent (back to back tons, up against the tigers)
TD: De Boer (coming off a ton, up against the hapless saints)

  9. 29 trades left and $190k in bank (reserve to bring in Danger soon).
Have Kreuzer (donut coming), Kelly (when will he be back) and Hibberd (can’t score and leaking cash).
Had all the good Rooks from day one (lucky).
    Struggling to pull the trigger.
TU Keep Kruezer… Cop the donut, he’ll eventually come good and finish top 3 ruck
TD Trade to Nic Nat… Decent score and cash to generate but may need another trade later
Comment…. What to do with Kelly and Hibberd

    3

    13
      1. Cheers Alza, killing me that I think Hibberd’s role will change back to what it was and we have so many good rookies in defence that a sideways trade seems a waste

  10. hey guys,
need help with my mid 8 selection, currently have both Holman and Coffield. Holman has been good so far, but had a terrible game last week, is it a sign of things to come or just an outlier? and Coffield has had two strong outings and should see plenty of the ball down back for the saints, especially against the Giants this week, Cheers

    TU: start with Holman
    TD: start with Coffield

    10

    4
    1. Holman seemed to play most of the game as a defensive half forward on Hurn. I’ve got him & backing him in to get 80+ this week!

  12. Hey Guys at the moment I’ve made two trades one I’m fairly confident with & one I’m not so sure on.

The first is J.Kelly -> J.Macrae. happy with this however responses says that Oliver is a better option.

The other is C.Petracca -> R.Gray. Not too sure about trading Petracca, however believe Gray will average 110+ playing 70/30 midfield TGT.

    Responses appreciated

    4
      1. cheers for the response however if I’m trading out Petracca I would rather get Gray nothing against McLean however I think Gray as I mentioned will average 110+.

As for the Oliver vs McRae really a toss up & bye structure does play a part.

        Thanks.

    1. macrae or oliver depending on bye structure both great picks keep petracca has not been setting the world on fire but plenty of upside stll av 88

      1. Appreciate the response & that’s why I’m unsure however don’t want to miss out on Gray either just feel he will explode this year & be back to 2015/16 form

  13. Hi team,

Will Fritsch play? He’s named in the VFL squad for what that’s worth. If he doesn’t play I’m looking at a donut on the field as I have other problems I need to fix.

TU – No worries Fritsch will play
TD – He won’t play so buckle up and think of a Plan B quick

    6

    8
    1. Great question. I think the best plan is to assume he will play, but keep Guelfi and/or Higgins in mind as potential trades if you’re really desperate to avoid the donut.

  14. T/U Crowden (Mid/Fwd) named starting on a wing against WB home
T/D Henry (Fwd)……named starting CHB against Port away

  15. Want a big score this weekend against Matteo in the cup. Frustrated by Goldy, Billings plus the absent J Kelly. Thinking about rectifying the situation.

Thinking Kelly to Congilio and Billings to Gray.

TU – Do it! Worthy corrections.
TD – Don’t. Two sideways trades.

    15

    3
      1. Common, Roo Bloke, Billings is a gun and he tends to fire toward the mid half of the season. Saints are not scoring at the moment as a team but I dont think I would last forever. I wouldnt waste a trade on him or a premium.. remember why you got him in the first place so don’t chase points. Supercoach is a long game do it after the byes if he doesnt turn it around.

  16. Confession: when I first started coming to this site early last year, it took me a good two or three weeks before I figured out that Father Dougal was not an actual priest (and yes, by extension, I also thought his name was really Dougal).

Just how embarrassed should I be to admit this?

TU: It happens to the best of us.
    TD: You’re an idiot.

    5

    27
  17. Back to SuperCoachland, we’ve had more than enough Oliver/Macrae TU/TD posts, so here’s something a tad different:

TU: Dustin Martin and one of those two.
TD: Hold off on Martin, and get both Oliver and Macrae in this week.

    11

    4
  18. Kreuzer and J.Kelly out for Grundy and Cogs? Took the doughnut for Kreuzer few weeks back, time to move him on I think. Hate blowing trades on premos early.

    6

    1. Not sure which is the best move:

TU: Sloane to Heeney, Kreuzer to NicNat and 70k

TD: Sloane to Coffield, Kreuzer to Grundy and 313.8k

  19. Hi crew, I am deciding to VC either Fyfe or Sandilands. Sandilands will be pinned against an inexperienced rookie and Fyfe against a weak midfield missing L. Hunter
    Who to VC?

    TU Fyfe
    TD Sandilands

    11

    1
    1. Would love to VC Fyfe but the Sat night game is a pain as I don’t have any non playing players to loop hole, only L Murphy (Fri night) Olango (Sat arvo) Giles-Langdon (Sat arvo) & D Barry (Sat night)

  20. Out -Hibberd & Billings
    In – Hurley & R Gray
Only one trade used so far
TU: Do it – Good trades, Hibberd & Billings been very disappointing
TD: Hold firm, and if that itchy finger can’t be tamed, choose one trade only

    1. I dont understand the amount of people that dont seem to rate oliver….he is way more productive than gray….he will be a top 5 mid again this year

      4

      2
      1. No one has stated they didn’t rate Oliver.
It was a question on whether to stock up the MID line and pay an amount for Oliver that could be less next week with his BE and hold $112K in the bank OR add another premium to the FWD line in Gray who is nicely priced, playing MID time and stash $180K for a possible better upgrade next week.

  21. Just an observation. I can’t believe how many ppl want to all of a sudden bench Holman and doedee off the back of one bad game. They’ve been superb the first 4, Field them please! Doedee proved that tonight v the swans.

  22. goldy to go or hold??
I want Nic Nat but finding it very very hard to do so. I wanna believe in todd!

TU His gotta go hisBleeding cash & points!

TD dont sideways trade u r better than that

    4

    1
    1. I thought I was better than that. I just flicked Goldy and Billings. I think they are paying the price in part from me holding Merrett and Hibberd.

  23. Still have L.Ryan. Worth trading him to coffield? Means I can move Sicily to the forward line and don’t have to play Fritsch.

  24. All, thoughts on what to do with Sauce?

Started him as “set and forget”, but consistently scoring 30 points or more less than where you would want him … should he be traded?

    0

    0
    1. In same boat, rolled the dice and kept him this week – after rage trading him at the start of the week to Nic Nat (which would’ve made me money!), but hit the reverse button, and he’s pumped out another low score, so will drop even further in value. He got plenty of hit outs v Swans but just doesn’t seem to do enough around the ground, not sure if low on confidence as he was fumbling balls, throwing it onto the boot etc.?

T/U – Hold for rest of season as he was picked as a keeper
T/D – Trade before he bleeds even more cash

      Thanks.

  25. Just went J Kelly to Gray, with Rayner on field instead of Brayshaw.
Not a massive sideways fan! Now need:
    T/Up: a strong shandy….
    T/D: Mojitos… hold the soda

  26. So after going to a free jazz and blues fest last night, I forgot to change my C to Fyfe … anyone with any thoughts on best C option out of Titch or Dusty?
Titch will be tagged by Jacobs yes?
Will dusty be tagged by anyone and who? Comments please!

    T/U – Dusty
    T/D – Titch
