Midfield Bench R3

Written by Motts on April 12 2013

Our good mate Dobbo who resides over the other side of the world in the UK sent me an email this morning:

“I had O’Meara’s 120 and Dwyer’s 110 on my bench last week (went with Wines and Viney over O’Meara and Neade over Dwyer).   It’s been plaguing me all week as to what rookies I should be starting in my mids.   Dwyer’s a lock to get a run in my forwards but I can’t decide which two to pick out of O’Meara, Wines and Viney.”

He suggested we do a poll and as you know we’re all about our readers here so here it is. You’ve got 2 votes.

Sorry, there are no polls available at the moment.

  1. One thing is for sure, Dwyer won’t find it that easy this week v the Hawks! Let’s just look at his possible opponents…..Josh Gibson/ Brent Guerra maybe Hodge & Birchall at times, good luck repeating your efforts of last week Dwyer.

O`Meara v Lions is a lock for mine this week & Wines v Crows to answer Dobbo’s quandary but out of the list above……O`Meara / Goodes are my 2 picked!

  2. From Dobbo’s three, O’Meara’s a lock. I’m going with Viney over Wines just because I already have a couple of other Port rookies starting so I don’t want to start Wines as well, see Port cop a hiding and have all those Port rookies score poorly.

  3. Have Viney, O’Meara & Wines on the park and Crouch (E) & Kommer off it.
I wonder if any of them have it in them to become keepers.

  4. Thanks for the suggestions guys! O’Meara and Wines clearly ahead in the poll so they are getting a run this week. Got to trust your fellow SC-Talkers.

Anyone think that Wines is a chance for the vest??
