Yesterday we had the Most Overrated poll, today we’re going the other way. I’ve named one player from every club which seriously limited me (because believe me I would’ve loved to have named about 4 from The Blues) so don’t go posting cranky comments because I’ve missed out one of your guys. Just add his name below. 3 votes allowed.

Daniel Cross
I rate him highly for what its worth.
Aaron Joseph, Eddie Betts, Paul Bower, Kade Simpson and Heath Scotland.
All should have been in Grimmo’s poll LOL. Simpson is the only one I’ll give you.
HAHAHAHAHA well put Deano.
Eddie’s having a massive year tho. Heath Scotland still makes me ill however.
ditto Daniel Cross from the doggies, used to be Boyd, but he is getting his due credit now.
Gilbee, Boyd ,Lake, Gia , Hudson and Harbrow
You two blokes know the meaning of objective?
you can have Higgins only PA
Cross should be there, Deano that all.
Agreed
Gilbee, Lake, Gia and Harbrow = no.
Hudson = yes
Boyd = not anymore.
Griffen
the question is why didn’t you draft Buddy instead?
might’ve won the flag last year if you did.
Me? I wish I had that power. Doggies wanted to build their midfielders up first.
griffen has definitely stepped up this year and starting realise his potential, at least you didn’t choose Tambling!
Adam Selwood – if he was playing in a medium to strong Victorian team he would be rated at least as highly as Joel. Has all the same attributes but can also play tall.
Really? As high as Joel? Really? Do you follow WC?
Nah – Cats!
What about your Boyfriend Hurny, Deano you love for him this week?
Alright, I admit I’m an Eagles member but I maintain my statement on Adam/Joel has significant credibility.
Have you seen those thighs on Hurny PA? Mmmmmmmmmm…….
Don’t look that far down, Gomer Pyle.
*No* not you.
Did Hey Jude make Grimmo’s poll PA?
Nah no one knows him along with Hurny, the both didn’t make it, Bud.
At the eagles i would say Lecras. Should be in the all Aust team. Selwood a good tuff versatile mid but his kicking lets him down. I think most can see JK’s potential to be a star and i doubt he’s under-rated
James Polkinghorne – He isn’t even at the stage of being underrated. Most people don’t even know who he his. He has been a shinning light at the Lions (yes i am a Lions memeber) he just does everything you want a player in his position to do. He will be one you hear a lot more of when names like Black and Power are gone.
I’ve heard of the guy but you’re right, wouldn’t know him if he fell out of the sky and landed on my be-scarved head. He’s listed as a forward though, Mavs, why are you mentioning him in the same breath as midfielders? Don’t you mean Brown and Fevola?
Not at all, he only plays fwd at the moment because that is where he is needed. But he has had the a few stints in the midfield and has shown that’s where he will end up staying once he gets a little more experience. It’s his aggression whilst having poise that’s makes him stand out.
He started the year in the 2’s, didn’t he? He is going to be a player, not sure he is there yet, though.
Glad you brought him to our attention Mav – now with Pokinghorn, Cox and Swallow we can have a bit more fun with Mottsy!
Pokeawhore
Heard on Sen that Chappy is out this week, hope not or else I’m stuffed.
why is that Paul, you have no bench coverage & you’ve spent your two trades this week already?
Avg 130 points per game, bench will be lucky to get 60-80 points. It’s not worth trading him out. I’ve got Brennan and Mummy to worry about along with wanting to upgrade Ladson this week, that’s all.
Unless it is a long term absence, I certainly wouldn’t be advocating a Chapman trade. 60-70 pts is a big loss, but if you’ve got the bench coverage at least you don’t get a doughnut. I don’t have him in my SC team, but, have him in my DT, so I’ll need to monitor this situation as well.
Brennan & Mummy are concerns for you, no question & I wish you well solving that dilemma.
I’ve got my own dilemma working out a suitable trade for Rioli & Bob Murphy.
Surely Ladson can be held onto for another week?
I think Laddy will get dropped this week and won’t return for a while.
3 forced changes is possibly the worst outcome for us SC’s, possibly only rivaled by running out of trades & then having players injured/dropped/rested/suspended.
Which line do you have best bench coverage for? That would be the bloke you don’t trade.
Max Rooke. If that man was at any other club he would be recognised as their hardest-at-it and skillful small forward (St Kilda and Doggies perhaps excepted). In fact, he’d probably play out of the mid-field. With Chappy, Ablett and everyone else who fits the bill at the Cats, he’s forgotten.
Interesting call. With the cats playin the lions, I should be at least glad that he isn’t playing then because we have a few problems down back.
Chris Tarrant as a full back, he is killing them!
Dane Swan. Simon Prestiperrycomo. Alan Toovey.
