  1. Does anyone know how Hamish McIntosh went in the 2’s and when/if he’ll be joining the Kangas again?

  2. Massive kudos to Giles over the last two weeks. I’d decided to to hold him prepared to wear some lower scores rather than trade ‘again’ with the fragile rucks this season. He has not only held his own, he’s been setting the bench mark. Giles is not going anywhere from my team if he stays in the GWS team, and given Bogan has retired, he’s not getting dropped unless major injury strikes (touch wood).

  4. Mumford @ $395,800 is very nicely priced if looking for a premo ruckmen on the cheap. With a BE of 77 it’s the last time you’ll see him under $400K and he scored 110 on the weekend too. While the Swans draw is tough Coll (H), WB (A), Haw (H), Geel (A), IMO none of these teams have dominant ruck divisions and whilst the Swans record may range from 4-0 to 1-3 across this stretch of games, Mumford should be able to win a fair share of the hit outs and score 100+s. He’s had his rest two weeks ago and the Swans will be loath to rest him again so close to finals.

That said, i’ve got him and he’s a handy differential so don’t pick him ;). More people have Sam Rowe in their team cause of his DPP status to allow Hale and/or Roughy to swing between lines than people that have Mumford!!

  5. I currently have Ryder on the bench with injury and Giles smashing it on the field with Nic Nat. What do I do when Ryder comes back this week????

  6. No specific categories, but I’ve been really happy with the relative consistency of:

    – Roughead … Averaging 105, only missed 1 game (Rnd 1), and ULTRA consistent (lowest score of 88)). With a reasonable run home, if you want to lock in a 100 each week … he’s your man!!!

    – Naitanui … Yes he missed a couple of games, but he’s averaging 110, and only had 1 real ordinary game. Relatively good consistency, but can also go BANG on the right day.

    – Jacobs … Based solely on his recent form (and his FANTASTIC run home) … he’s gotta be in everyone’s considerations. Check this run home:
    — Fremantle (at home, with no Sandilands)
    — Brisbane
    — Melbourne
    — Gold Coast
    WOWEE!!!!!

  7. Crows will rest players of they win their next 2.
This was spelled out by Sanderson around the byes.
I’m staying away from crows players, and I’m worried that I may lose danger and Thompson at some point for a ‘general soreness’ week off.

  8. Everyone,
I’m struggling. Have held onto Macintosh as I haven’t needed to trade him out. Want to free up some cash and spend less than $500k on a ruck to replace him.

I’m tossing up between Hale / Minson / Giles / Bellchambers / Mumford?

Only 2 hours until lockout…any thoughts?
