Premiums

Kane Cornes ($580,200, +$81,200, 141.5, 47) – West Coast (AS), North Melbourne (BA), Richmond (AS) – Unhappy at not getting mentioned last week, Kane went out and scored 160 against GC. Point made.

Trent Cotchin ($622,300, +$200, 120.75, 103) – Fremantle (PS), Geelong (MCG), Port (AS) – Hasn’t missed the ton yet. And still at the same price he started the season at.

Travis Boak ($540,100, +$58,600, 117.25, 63) – West Coast (AS), North Melbourne (BA), Richmond (AS) – Fulfilling his potential.

Midpricers

Chad Wingard ($425,900, +$149,400, 112.5, 19) – West Coast (AS), North Melbourne (BA), Richmond (AS) – Just went up a lazy $65k last week on the back of a 95.

Adam Cooney ($475,200, +$70,100, 110, 35) – Geelong (ES), West Coast (PS), North (ES) – Looks like his dodgy knee is better.

Colin Sylvia ($392,100, -$41,300, 72.25, 24) – Brisbane (G), Carlton (MCG), Gold Coast (MCG) – Left field selection here based on his price and last 2 games: 92 and 103.

Special mentions: Richard Douglas ($479,700, +$49,300, 107, 29) who hasn’t scored less than 91 so far this year.

Rookies

Michael Evans ($115,900, 82, -101) – Collingwood (MCG), GWS (ES), Geelong (ES) – the kid from the genes of Deano scored 116 last week against GWS.

Brad Crouch ($181,300, +$65,400, 72.67, -34) – Carlton (MCG), Hawthorn (AS), GWS (Skoda) – last chance to grab him for under $200k if you don’t already have him.

Taylor Duryea ($115,900, 60.5, -58) – North Melbourne (MCG), Adelaide (AS), Sydney (MCG) – on the bubble this week if you’re looking to make some quick cash.

  1. I picked five port rookies in my starting line up and was worried that was too many from one team.
Just imagine if you had started with the Hoff, Cornes, Boak, monfries, Wingard, Hartlett. They are making money like the rookies and scoring off the charts.
You would be feeling pretty clever right now.

  3. I was REALLY keen to start with Richard Douglas at the start of the year, great player, under-priced from last year, etc. However, being a MID eligible only, I had to pass. If he were FWD or DEF eligible, he would have been a LOCK!!!
