Motts Movers R15, 2013 – The Mids

Written by Motts on July 11 2013

In the final Movers post for R15 I’m prevailing on you, the fine SCT analysts we have in our audience, to throw together the top performers in the Midfield for the last few weeks.

If you’ve got the time and the inclination, give us Premiums, Midpricers and Rookies.

I’ll be back next week to bash them out for you as usual. Thanks again to everyone who helped out this week!!

  1. I’ll have a crack at this while the kids are getting fed and hopefully I don’t get busted writing this up…

    Premiums

Plenty to choose from, but it’s hard to go past
    1) Patty-pat-pat Dangerfield – ($630k, BE 107, Ave 117), you’d be awfully disappointed if you jumped off Dangermouse early in the season, but well and truly bringing home the bacon with last 3 game average of 142. “The new perma-cap?”, “Yes, maybe”.

    2) Looking for something different, Ryan O’Keefe ($555k, BE 71, Ave 109), sure at this time of year you want to lock in the big guns and his average ain’t the greatest, but on the back of his last game (152), his last 3 game average is at 121. That’s not average!

    3) Scott Pendlebury ($636k, BE 124, Ave 128), what can you say when the last game was a whopping 154 edging out Swan’s 148 to take game honors. Always scores well, and has a kicking efficiency that Swan would have wet dreams about.

    Mid-Pricers

    1) Clearly Ryan Bastinac ($487k, BE 50, Ave 90) should come on to everyone’s radar if not for this year, then the next. Last 3 games has averaged 122 and is really making a mark.

    2) Craig Bird (437k, BE 20, Ave 69). For those looking to still make money at this late stage, Bird seems to be your guy. Last 3 game average of 109 shows there’s plenty of potential here.

    3) Mitchell Duncan ($403k, BE 14, Ave 81), finally living up to a lot of people early season expectations, Mitch has lifted the hand brake from his game and is going for it. Although, maybe having the same wet dream as Swanny after last Saturday night’s game

    Rookies

    Hrovat, Toumpas… I dunno.

I hope you don’t find this too rubbish. Cheers
