Motts Movers R6 – The Rucks

Written by Motts on May 3 2011

Thrillers

Dean Cox ($484,900, 131, 126.6, 120) – Massive got it done again on the weekend continuing his superb form and rewarding all those that Vice Captained him. Still pretty cheap for a bloke with a 126 average if you’re not already on him.

Shane Mumford ($509,900, 159, 122.8, 43) – Spent Friday night giving Robert Warnock (67) a lesson on how to be a ruck.

Honourable mentions: Paddy Ryder & Will Minson

Chillers

Mitch Clark ($334,500, 34, 66.80, 124)

David Hille ($383,400, 66, 85.67, 144)

Drillers

Cameron Wood ($201,900, 112, 91, -41) – Has now played 2 games for a 70 and a 112. Have some concerns over his Job Security once Jolly returns to the team though. No rush to get him either – Collingwood have the bye this week.

Todd Goldstein ($375,900, 149, 103, 16) – Woah! 149?!? Where did that come from? Big game for rucks at the Docklands on Saturday arvo – Brogan scored 101. Hamish McIntosh is still listed as indefinite but I wouldn’t have thought he’d be that far away. Goldstein has already increased $56k for the year but with a 16 BE there’s more left in him.

Special mentions Broc McCauley, Drew Petrie, and Dean Brogan.

  1. I know Ottens had the bye last round but he is still a thriller -> $450,700, AVG 115, BE 64 (supercoach)

By the way the numbers for Mumford are wrong. He has an average of 122.80 and he scored 159 in his last round in Supercoach.

  2. I clicked on a post in my RSS feed and came across this informative page:

    You 404’d it. Gnarly, dude.
Surfin’ ain’t easy, and right now, you’re lost at sea. But don’t worry; simply pick an option from the list below, and you’ll be back out riding the waves of the Internet in no time.

Hit the “back” button on your browser. It’s perfect for situations like this!

    Punt.

  3. Anyone else thinking about offloading Zmith to McCauley? I know Zac has a bit of growth left in him but the boat will have totally sailed with McCauley after this week and there aren’t too many other potential downgrades.

I also have Petrie/Tippett as cover.

  4. Goldy has worked for me so far (except for Rd1). Hopefully in a few weeks will be able to upgrade to 211 for 2 schillings.
