Motts Movers R7 2013 – The Rucks

Written by Motts on May 15 2013

Premiums

Todd Goldstein ($571,300, 119.43, 47) – Best ruck in the league with an average that’s a full 3 points a game higher than the next best (Big Boy McEvoy).

Will Minson ($534,200, 113.43, 92) – Completes the same 2 Ruck Premiums as last week with a 120 against North. That means his lowest score for the year has been a 94 (his only sub-100 score). The rest have been between 102 and 143.

Midpricers

Robert Warnock ($431,600, 103, 17) – His work on Monday night against a tough opponent (Big Boy McEvoy again), especially towards the end of the game, was superb. Will have no trouble keeping his spot if he can continue his current form. Last 3 weeks: 101, 110 and 131. Port, Brisbane and GWS coming up. R13 bye.

Darren Jolly ($458,700, 83.75, 28) – As cheap as he’s been all year and with that BE he’s not likely to be this low again any time soon. Over the last 2 weeks has gone for 124 and 121.

Rookies

Majak Daw ($208,100, 68.75, -80) – I just couldn’t NOT mention him. 139 against The Dogs?!? The guy is as exciting as anything I’ve seen come on the scene in the last 10 years. Anyone see the pic we tweeted of him this week? What an unbelievable rig.

Jack Hannath ($163,500, 63, -37) – Definitely worth consideration now he’s shouldering most of the ruck duties at Freo.

  1. Motts love your work as always!
Very happy I picked up Goldstein & Mcevoy at the start of the year.
Do you reckon Majak can keep going like this for long?

  2. I’ve been happy with Cox work but the Sauce has killed me!!

I’m hanging on to see what he does as I don’t want to trade a premo (well he was in 2012).
