I know you’re all dying to see the first edition of The Movers in 2011 but there’s not really much point in producing it until after R3 when prices start changing.
Until then I’ll keep up the polls.
Cheers

After one weekend of footy, lets put 2 of the more popular M/F DPP’s up against one another. Who would you rather have in your team? Format is (Price, R1 score, 2010 average, 2011 preseason average).

I’m kicking off a new regular post this week – The SC Team of the Week. In it you’ll find all the highest scoring players at their positions over the last round and what the team would’ve scored if you had them all playing for you. The bench players are simply the best of the rookies at that position – no Ruck rooks played on the weekend so I’ve just listed the two cheapest options who did play.
I’ve added the player values for this week’s Team of the Week and unfortunately you couldn’t have afforded it –

After 6 months of planning, scheming, trading, changing, and then changing another 1,000 times, how did the boys go for you on the weekend? Give it to us in the following format:
Score –
Captain –
Happy with –
On the block –
Giving serious consideration to bringing in –
Tipped X winners –
(include the draw as a win)
Now for all you rookies out there, don’t go making any trades this morning. Player values won’t change until after their 3rd round of playing so if you were unhappy with a bloke’s score on the weekend give him at least until the end of R2 before you consign him to the scrap heap.

We’ll get into the deep stuff tomorrow morning but right now, who is going to get traded out of your team on Friday week if they don’t pull their socks up next week?

If you Vice Captained Mr Gibbs last night, what are you going to do with his 138? Keep it or give the captaincy to someone else who’s playing this round? If the latter, write in Comments who it is.
And who do you think was the bigger disappointment last night? Yaz, who scored 32. Or Foley, who scored 25.

So there’s less than 10 hours until you’re totally locked out from your side. Will you be making any final changes today? Who’s being gently ushered to the back door and who’s having a guernsey presentation this afternoon?

How’s the team doing? Same format as last year (SCORE, PLAYERS USED, CAPTAIN PLAYED [Y/N]) eg (976 / 9 / Y)
