PlayON – Saturday Rd4

Written by Schwarzwalder on April 13 2018

PlayON have a wide range of Fantasy Games for Saturday.  Entry fees range from $1-$20 and you can take on multiple Coaches or go Head-To-Head with a mate.  There are also plenty of qualifiers for the $100k AFL Supercontest which takes place in August.  No need to worry about Champion Data’s baffling scoring system, PlayON keeps it quite simple.  Possessions = points!  Don’t worry about Disposal Efficiency or uncontested possessions or one-percenters…….disposals, tackles, goals & hitouts will get you a big score!

We’ll be concentrating on Saturday’s progressive slate which consists of all five games:

GWS vs FRE – Giants are missing Kelly but I’d still expect them to win comfortably at home.

RIC vs BRL – Tigers are near full-strength with the return of Caddy & Prestia.  Brisbane were brave last week against Port but the Tigers should prove too strong at the MCG.

WBD vs SYD – Great to see the Dogs show their customary attack on the ball again last week against the Bombers.  However Sydney look to be a class above the Dogs and should win by a few goals here.

NM vs CAR – If Carlton’s rebuild is to show anything, then they really need to beat the Kangas on Saturday night.  If they lose, it’s going to be another loooooooooong season.

WCE vs GCS – The Suns are showing plenty of spirit under new Coach, Stewie Dew.  The Eagles should prove too strong at home however.

Here are some tips for the Saturday games:

Nic Holman (GCS, MID, $5.7M) – Leading the competition in tackles and still comes in at a value price of $5.7M.  Averaging 80 Fantasy pts per week till now.  Is sure to get another tagging job that will keep him close to the ball over in Perth.

Jack Macrae (WBD, MID, $15.9M) – Dominating in the Dogs midfield during the opening three Rounds.  Second highest points scorer in the Supercoach game and also showing his worth with the PlayON pts system (119 Fantasy pts avg).  Wouldn’t expect the Swans to run a hard tag so should see plenty of the ball again.

Callum Sinclair (SYD, RUCK, $11.9M) – Just about the last Ruckman standing in Sydney.  With an avg of 101 Fantasy pts till now, he represents the best value on the Ruck line.  Especially since the Dogs are struggling in that area.

Toby Greene (GWS, FWD, $12.9M) – Only played the one game till now but showed his worth with a big 118 Fantasy pts performance.  Expecting the Giants to have a decent win against the Dockers and Greene is one of the best downhill skiers in the League.  If GWS are winning big, he’ll be sure to play a hand in it……..

Good luck, Coaches!
