  1. I’m looking forward to seeing how this poll plays out. And how wrong we are come season’s end. Top2 barring injury seem set. The rest … blanket anyone?!

Will also be keeping an eye on Jayden SHORT post his Rd14 bye, with that injury-effected score to run through his price on return. Future gun who could be a simple sideways trade for a fattened cow at the right time.

  2. K Simpson and H Andrews will be great options if they both drop below 450,000 in the next fortnight/month.

    1. May be my Lions bias here, but I predict Harris to be awarded his first AA jumper this year. He will be ELITE. (A lot of bridge to go under the water I know)
I should know this, but are any SC points awarded for spoils? E. g. Will Harris get points for punching a long ball into 50 out of bounds in a contested marking situation? If so, he could be a great option.
A concern could be that Josh Walker took a lot of intercept marks last week and could potentially take a few points off Harris if his good form continues. I’ll be tracking both of their progress very closely.

No doubt Simpson offers good value, but I’d need to see a couple of 100+ scores before I would consider him.

2 nice options to keep in mind Adam. Good suggestions mate.

  3. Started with Lloyd, Llaird, Williams, Smith and rookies.

Whitfield is on the shopping list for sure.

Will round it out with 2-3 of Crisp, Hurn, Andrews, Sicily and perhaps Jones. How many of those players make the cut depends on how Williams and Smith go throughout the year.

  4. Also, loved the look of Zac Jones last night. Great attack on the ball and has a good burst of speed out of congestion. He is a Smokey for top 8 and could have a big year depending on role.
