Poll – Dusty’s 134

Written by Schwarzwalder on April 2 2016

Dusty is in 38.8% of all teams, so chances are high that many Coaches used their VC option with him.  It’s already been the burning question since scores were finalised after the Friday night game.  Now to make it official………..If you had the VC on Dustin Martin last night, would you use the Captains Loophole option and take his 134?

Sorry, there are no polls available at the moment.

  1. I voted no. I’ll back danger and gaz everyday of the week. Great score but I think danger and gaz will do better.

  2. I have Dusty and happy with that. As schwarzwalder and Matteo pointed out, your only gaining 16 points overall combined player scores if you risked it and put the c on someone who got 150. Not exactly worth kicking yourself over as much as if your captain did a round 1 Fyfe

  3. The feeling in your gut when you realise the ONLY non playing player you have is Wyatt (Coll) as R3, after you’ve put the (VC) on Dusty!

Ohh well, I blame C.U.B for that oversight 😉

    T/U….Dangerfield as (C)
    T/D….Gazza as (C)

    Cheers SCT coaches

  4. If you don’t take that as a VC then you’re crazy, nobody averaged more than that last year so you’re taking a huge punt. Crazier than not putting the VC on the first half of your namesake…

  5. You’d be mad not to. I was greedy enough last week to not take Goldy’s 126 in Tech league and backed in Fyfe… and we all know how that went. Fyfe averaged 124 last season so that score was prettu much spot on to what i should have expected.

No-one averaged more than 134 last season, lock it in.

  6. Had dusty as VC & I only have Grimley that is a non playing reserve. Do I switch Grimley to field and put ‘C’ on him to get the loophole? But then that means ill miss out on either S.Martin or M.Gawn’s score & as I’ll have to bench one is that correct?
