Written by Schwarzwalder on June 12 2019

A few of our Coaches would like to know how many trades you still have left over?  Added to that is a poll on ‘warm bodies’ for Rd13………..

  1. Will depend how the selection goes as players like Scott, Hately, Bewley, Young etc. need to be named for me. I’m making assumptions that if they played last game they won’t get dropped but if they didn’t they wont get selected, leaving me with 16 before trades. Hoping I reach that 16 goal so my trades will give me a full team for the week

  2. Only 7 trades left but have a full team. Mind you that team still includes Walsh, Hore and Billings so hmmm. Hope for not too many injuries in the long term.

    1. Holy bejaysus Mick. That was me last year! Good luck with it.

Had to keep Fritsch and Doedee til the end last year and it wasn’t all that bad, so fingers crossed for you 🙂

  3. After trades this week will have 9 trades left and 19 playing assuming everyone retains their spot from their last selected match. M Hore will occupy D6 for the meantime and L Baker will be traded for J Dunkley either this week or next week with J Sicily or L Ryan to potentially replace B Smith.

Pretty happy with my team and position considering I started Darling and Greene, no Gawn, traded Hore out then back in, missed C Rozee, G Miers, S Stack, N Balta and B Smith whilst having the likes of J Clark, M Parker, M Gibbons, W Hayes, B Scott, L Stocker traded without reaching 270,000+. Aiming to utilise the half a dozen odd trades left to hopefully establish cover for several lines.

Good luck to everybody for the remaining bye period and season.

  4. 3 trades this week take me down to 10 and a further 3 next week (if the $$$ line up) will see my team complete for the run home. This is including Hore at D6.
Want to keep 7 up my sleeve for injuries/finals as I’ve been hammered with injuries this year and expect that to continue.

  5. Sitting in position 2,410 overall with 22 trades left before this weeks trades.
Will only be fielding 17 max this week (assuming 3 trades) so likely to take a hammering on the overall ranking.

  6. 15 left after 3 this week, fielding 19 after trades with Young, Gardener & Bewley pending selection

Next weeks trades ROB, Stack & L Baker to L Neale, Boak & Rookie

This will leave me 2 away from full premo if we count B Smith who may become Whitfield after he returns

    1. Upgrade targets are Hurn in defence but not sure who is the best mid to get for Walsh

Currently Fyfe, Neale (after next week), J Kelly, McRae, Cripps, Oliver, M Crouch

Thinking it’s out of Bont, Merrett or Gaff. I like Gaffs consistency but the other have higher ceilings

  7. 3 trades should see me fielding 19 this week.

Another 3 trades next week ,will get me close to a full team with B smith or Duursma still at D6.

This will leave me with 10 trades. 1 up 1 down to get to full Premo.

Then 8 trades for injuries etc..

Thoughts…. on leaving D6 until Whitfield comes back and drops a bit in price. Instead I would try to get in a swing M/F ( Menegola ).

This would allow me to loop either Brayshaw at M8/9 or Westhoff at F6/7.
