On GAJ, have just come home from the game and it was obvious that the normal back of the stoppage handball receives he has lived on for the past 3 years were not forthcoming tonight. There were at least a dozen occasions where he was available and overlooked – is this a reflection on his large reduction in posessions?
On another related note, found out today that he’s signed with GC17 at $2m/year (no surprise) which is why Pickers has delayed any talks to after the end of this season. Wonder if there has been an internal announcement made to quell uncertainty within the playing group and this has affected their subconscious in decision making?
Source is SJ Lunn – a Catter from the 80s that used to roll reasonably well on and moreso off the field during this era.
