  1. Motts have you had anything on that tip for Belmont tomorrow at $26 opened at $31.
Anyway I have done a bit of research on it. A 4 year old gelding by Choisir out of Rare Performance.
Its recent form is 4 starts back 1st over 1700metres at Belmont.
Then 3 starts back 7th over 2200m at Belmont.
Then 2 starts back 1st over 1700 metres at Belmont.
Last start 6th over 2200m at Belmont.
The race tomorrow is over 1600m at Belmont is more its pet distance and has already won at the track. The 2200m is too far for it. For anyone interested in speculating on a roughie it is Belmont race 5 number 5 tomorrow. It is a tip I got at a Birthday gathering Monday night from a fella that had just flown in from Perth. It is stepping up from midweek class to city, however connections and trainer are confident it will run well and could measure up at odds.

  2. Have been catching up on race replays all week on top of studying the online formguides…….can only concur with your tips above, Mr Mahone. Is that good or bad? We’ll know around 6pm tonight 😉
For what it’s worth, I like the look of Lucky Hussler in the Toorak Handicap. He’ll need luck in the run home but I reckon he’ll romp in if he gets it. Good EachWay bet.
I’m a big Fawkner fan, keen to see how he measures up against Kermadec.
    Good luck guys!

  3. Never mind you still have your gee gees to go.

With the Guineas today the winner nearly always comes from the 1st four barriers with barrier 1 gold. Worth a thought throwing them into multiples.
    Barrier 1 Sovereign Nation.
    Barrier 2 Lizard Island
Barriers 3&4 Ready for Victory and Tarzino.

  4. Never in doubt once Press Statement hit the front early on Pogue! Well done.

Got the Trifecta having the favourite and following history as I posted this morning. Barrier 2 Lizard Island 2nd , Barrier 4 Ready for Victory 3rd and even Barrier 1 Sovereign Nation ran 4th. Tarzino Barrier 3 also ran well.

  5. Press Statement paid 2.71 for the win so Pogue returned $27.10 to the kitty. Nice one, brother!

The Hayne Plane’s 49’ers currently losing to The Giants so the multi insurance may get paid – I’ll advise.

Up this week will be Old Mate Geoff. TDA can you please let him know and tell him to get his bets to me by Friday night at the latest? Thanks mate.
