  1. Being ultra conservative this week

    Blues minus 60.5 at $7.00
    Pies minus 50.5 at $3.30
    Geelong 1-39 points at $2.40
    Saints 40 plus at $3.70

    $20 bucks for a $4,100 return

  4. okay ive gone (still bitter about tigers loosing last week and costing me a $500 win!)

    Geelong win 1-39
    Pies win 40+
    Saints win 1-39
    Carlton win

Multibet @ 16.19 and i put $62.50 on it. Have a feeling that Pies will bounce back hard this week and at home against the weagles they will hopefully win big – well thats my theory anyways! 🙂

  5. Loads of sport to punt on this weekend! The Rugby World Cup starts tomorrow(Friday), with the kiwi’s (have NEVER lost a pool match in WC) sure to win the opening game against Tonga. The only question is by how much. Then there is the start of the AFL and League finals, and not to mention the soccer across Europe!

I would say that all 4 of the AFL finals will be a close encounter with the conditions being wet and windy. I haven’t taken any multis yet, but will post them on here once I have.

    Good luck all!

  6. I’m liking a multi of:

    Hawks -39.5
    Pies 16+
    Saints -39.5
    Blues

    $50 @ 11.09 = 554.83

What I’ll do as well is hedge with same multi bet but with (Cats win instead of Hawks) $10 @ 7.17.

  8. I’ve put a little wager on the following multi :

    2.19 GEELONG | Under 39.5
    1.33 COLLINGWOOD (Handicap -10.5)
    1.62 SYDNEY (Handicap +25.5)
    1.62 CARLTON (Handicap -10.5)
    1.69 BRISBANE BRONCOS
    1.45 MANLY SEA EAGLES
    1.31 MELBOURNE STORM
1.22 NEW ZEALAND (Handicap -41.5) – That is the least centrebet are giving on this game. Can’t take New Zealand to just win!
    1.98 ARSENAL (Handicap -1.0)
3.30 Draw (Everton v Aston Villa)
    1.42 MANCHESTER UNITED
    1.57 WERDER BREMEN
    Legs : 12
    1/436.09 – $10 to win $4360.90

    Fingers crossed!

  11. Any news on BB? Did he take any bets last week? Is he going to take anything this coming week?

I missed out on my multi last week from leg 1 with New Zealand in the rwc. But the rest was pretty much on the money, damn it!

    Hopefully better luck next weekend!

  12. Anybody here punt on champions league. Might put a little sum sum on the following:

    1.62 BAYER 04 LEVERKUSEN (Handicap +2.0)
    1.26 FC BARCELONA
    1.68 VALENCIA
    1.63 FC PORTO
    Legs : 4 @ $5.59

Chelsea will be resting players (prob Terry, Lampard and Anelka with an eye on the Man Utd game on Sunday), and Leverkusen are not as bad a team as people might think.
