If you watched the game, you would have seen that about 14 of those marks were uncontested marks as he was standing still. Then 90% of his kicks were short kicks either sideways or backwards. It was the biggest seagull/junk game, hence his SC was well down on his DT. I have Lake so I’d love to have seen him go large, but he got what he deserved in terms of impact on the result.

Would have been nice to get 1800+ but overall very happy with the score I got. Thinking I will almost certainly drop from my 14,267 ranking this week. A few players i was very happy with are Suckling (119) on debut, Cameron (105) always great to have a rookie cracking the ton, what i like more then one rookie is when two crack it he was then topped by Zorko (137), Adcock (120) has had two straight 120+ games, Captain Deledio (132) not to bad, GAJ (188) with a monster score. My bye round total so far is 3495, on track to reach my goal of 5250+

Phew! Zorko threathened to crush my SC weekend today, however Boyd and Bradbert steered the ship home in my cash league and against Deano in the LOEC1.
No donuts, but carried Treloar 7, Sexton 30, Milera 34 and Redden 44. No complaints though!

I’m looking at 9 Donuts (assuming Smedts and Longer don’t play), with a question marks over Treloar Giles. Considering bringing in Cloke & Thompson (Adel) this week. Not sure for who though: JMc? Horsey? Treloar?
I had hoped Treloar would be a consistent 70-80 ppw player and I could keep him until finals. Can’t trust him now. If Treloar doesn’t play this week then Cloke may come in. If I can get it down to 7 donuts then that give me chance in my cash league. LOEC1 no chance. Its fair to say Rusty’s Guts & Glory will be having some easy sleeps this week.

Throughout, Pendles has been saying that he should be right. The game’s too big for him to be sub and unless he’s injured I don’t think he will be subbed off. At least this is what I want to happen.

He actually has 7 players in his Mids at the moment but can swing a DPP forward then he has his Midfield, Ruck, Forwards set unless he decides to upgrade a premium to a ‘better’ one, all he needs to worry about is another 1-2 back premiums

HATING BYE ROUNDS!
i like to think i have a reasonable side but with my spread of players and poor choice of benchees i find myself missing around 8 player each week. i have tried to avoid using the 3 tempting trades using none round 11 and only 1 for round 12. im hoping to be able to bring in pendles after round 13, with his BE at 167 and playing against west coast who will insure he is heavily tagged no doubt i think a slight price drop is coming which will make the mcdonald-pendles trade a little easier.

I feel like the guy who has been on a 2 day bender and each morning wakes up feeling absolutely s#$thouse and then realises that there is another day to go. These bye weeks are killing me like hungry thirsty. Anymore Krispy Kremes and I will be Homer J for sure. I lost all bar 1 league and came a lucky draw in SCTTL2 to keep 4th spot. With limited trades and more pain to come I am just going to have to suck it up and go the hair of the dog and get back on it.

It’s ok Juddy, looks like you play me this week (3rd v 4th) on SCTTL2. You may as well pencil in 4 points now bud! This was the round I planned to throw (was going to be a common theme I suspect). I’m looking at 5 donuts, possibly more if the likes of Pendles & Shaw are still dodgy and poor form from Devon Smith is also a concern (but I think he will get selected). Good luck!

At the start of the season, saw i had 2 of the worst players in my league during the bye rounds thought that was good as. Then I realized i can beat them easy my full team vs there full team and that the byes would help them.
All in all I lost to last in my league.
Also I am 2nd in total points yet im coming 7th due to bad luck.
