PENDLES! Racks up 155 on debut and gives me Friday Night Fever like I haven’t had in months. Swannie also excellent with 125.
Must also give a nod of respect to Paddy Dangerfield; keeping himself on the field despite the pain factor.

I am asking this question on behalf of my good friend, Eaglet Esquire, who wonders if he should keep the captaincy on Swannie or shift it over to Ablett/Selwood.

Was also tossing up between pendles and swannie 20 minutes out from the bounce and thought van berlo would do a slightly better job than he did so I went swan and at qtr time with swan on 40 and pendles on 17 I was rubbing my hands together but true to fashion pendles decided he wanted to win tonight and went about his business racking up 42 pozzies. Now my fate rests on gaz man smashing out a big score. The only close match I have this round and he chose pendles as VC and would be insane not to take the score so I’m hoping the little master can equal if not BETTER sir pendleburys efforts tonight. Oh and bought in danger this week to. Probably not the way I wanted his debut to go :/

Just wondering if I have stuffed up, had Martin named an emergency in the midfield, obviously scoring a 0 last night. Was going to take advantage of the loophole moving GAJ to bench, naming emergency, and bringing Mitchell onto the field . Only problem is that I had Martin named as emergency first….. Would this mean I would not get GAJ score and get Madtin’s instead? Or is it ok to have two emergencies for the same position or will this be a problem?

Once again the talk of Van Berlo tagging Pendles scared me off putting the VC on him, as I didn’t want Pendles to have an under par game as VC and GAJ still playing a bit sore. But hoping either Gaj or Griff will do the trick, anything over 130 from Gaj will be fine.

A little disappointed with Sat night’s scores but overall going ok. Internet and time difference isn’t great so can’t use any loopholes. Scotland, Goldy and Gibbs let me down, especially with Staker, Nicholls and Rowe on the bench.

Was originally kicking myself for taking the VC off Pendles last minute, but with Stevie J doing well it wasn’t that bad at all. Chose to field Maric instead of Nicholls which was a bit of a let down, and Mckenzie would’ve tonned up if it weren’t for 2 horrible kick ins in the last quarter.

Now looking over the 2013 season Minson does average 108 at Etihad, but only scored over 121 twice & that was way back in R1 & 2.

Went against the general consensus and played Mitchell over Priddis. Early on it was looking like a howler of a decision but the young star worked his way into the game and finished with 113; time will tell if Priddis scores more, but I’m quite happy with that. JPK didn’t go berserk as he has in the past against GWS but scored a nice 107.
Jed Lamb, filling in for Lance Franklin scored a handy 85 in the forward line.
Still got Goodes, Goddard, Heppell and one of Cox/Nic Nat to come.
