ok start. Neither Rowe nor Scotland worked as a loophole, so turfed Buddy for Shaw and moved Staker into the fwds, and Goodes jr gets a late reprieve for Birchall who was never going to get up 😉

A.Walker and Marc Murphy both did well on debut. Goldstien did ok, Gibbs stunk it up again (will have to look at emergency loophole for Mr Gibbs in the future if i have a non playing bench man)

I only had Gibbs last night, and I don’t want to talk about it.
Have 7 PODs this week and I need the win.
So here’s my dilemma.
I’ve got 3 trades left, and am really tempted to pull the trigger on Buddy. He would be gone for Swan and it would give me a projected 80 point increase and a 100 point projected win.
WHat’s the community think?

I do not understand why Mick is putting Gibbs as a tagger, he is one of there prime ball users and wins alot of the ball when he is playing his normal game.
Ablett or Pendles? That is the million dollar question. I really hope they go head to head for a bit today just to see who come out on top. Think I’m gonna Vc Pendles into Barlow if he fails

Pendles over GAJ a let down as Capt, however thought Pendles would have carried on recent form & GAJ tagged. Opposition in main two leagues were also going with Pendles so was happy to match as a negating move anyway.
Any feedback on Brett Goodes? Doggies on twitter said they suspected broken arm. If Broken arm / wrist, how long does that normally keep them out for? BGoodes has been a fantastic find for both the doggies & my SC team, best of luck to the lad.
Honestly too livid to check my score. Took Pendles as C over Ablett. When I think back to the Collingwood/Sydney game earlier in the year, Macaffer went to JPK and held him to 60 pts. Its that result that stuck in my mind. So can someone please explain to me why the same Collingwood team doesn’t tag Ablett? Didn’t even try it ffs! Sorry I’m not on the right thread but needed to vent a little

Took pendles as vc over ablett then when it was raining wanted to change byt rain and rural location meant I couldn’t get to change.
Jelwood to come home with 150 against the danger less crows and the world will be ok.

Trading Franklin into Walker this week has set me up nicely to win all leagues with a projected 2,443, also couldn’t be happier with Scott D Thompson
Had Pendles as VC and it was a disaster as my opponent has Gaz as C. Ouch. I am still in it and plan to make Selwood captian to hopefully scratch out a win. Fi others think Selwood is a good captian option?

Only 5 players out of 13 have hit the ton so far. Don’t think I’m going to get 2483 as i was projected earlier in the week, now I am projected to 2324 witch it OK.
It’s a real shame that Goodesy is out for the rest of the season but best of luck to him.
I’m in a world of hurt right now.
I had backline options of going Scott D. Thompson and McKenzie or Robert Murphy and Houli and I went for the latter. Pendles also gave me a little kick in the groin with his lowest SC score since round 7 and also his 2nd lowest score this season (gave him vc btw).

Cox, TMitch and Lamb currently in play. Hoping to get 2400, not looking good, I’m impressed with Lamb, covering Stevie J, playing pretty well. TMitch below what he’s been previously producing, but still solid. Cox has been pretty bad, 48 SC @3QT.
Here’s the deal, I’m equal top 3 in my main league, 3 of us on the same wins. I need to win to keep in touch, I wanna get that top position, (big gap from 3rd to 4th, teams 4th to 10th all fighting for spots in the 8.) Top three, we’re all very competitive teams, preferably need to keep winning a cement the top spot to play 4th first round. On paper I should win easily against anyone outside the 2 teams competing with me for top spot.

Decent score which netted me 5/5 league wins this week.
Despite good scoring in the past few weeks, my side has some serious concerns. Brett Goodes was initially supposed to be kept as my D6, but has to be traded out due to his season-ending injury. Nic Nat and Franklin are under injury clouds in my forward line, and Cox looks exhausted. Still one more spot in the midfield to upgrade too… looking closely at Barlow or perhaps Beams to spice things up.
