Why do I find it so difficult to find my sc score either during the round or straight after

I already have Zork and Rockliff with Roughy and Cox pinch hitting in the ruck currently.

Very happy with – birchall, franklin, cox, Maric, selwood, B.goodes, cotchin, omeara, pittard, Stevensen, pendles, rockliff, Dwyer, Goddard, neade, crouch (bench) and l.brown (bench).
Not so happy with – viney, wines, karnezis (thanks god he was on bench), ablett and macaffer.
Overall a solid week and can’t complain about rookies underscoring!

Not the greatest weekend …before round 1 I was contemplating the 3 H’s Hartlett, Heppel,Hanley for my D3 position..Went for the double H and I was rapt after round 1 but after round 2 there was a 120 point turnaround…..Still holding onto him…..
Ryder to Goldstein looking very possible this week….with 30 trades that’s happening I think……
My bench scored well…Dilemma next week fitting 5 rookie mids that have all played one game and one bad one into 3 positions ( Viney-Wines-Whitfield-O’meara-Crouch)
Rapt with Dwyer and Neade in my forward line…..Rapt with my Port defenders and Goodes in the backline……Is Karnezis to Kennedy a waste of a trade????? I think so…..Not shattered ( although shattered with my Blue boys) but not overly happy….Bench choices to play a huge role next week…..Let the league games begin

Only thing really dissapointing was the captaincy choice. Very happy with my rookies, bar Viney and Wines. Made the right choices starting Dwyer over Rowe/Macaffer, Jeager over Jones/Mitchell, and Pittard + Stevensen over Heath which is also a plus!
Perhaps should’ve listened to the SCT poll though and gone Bartel over Zorko, but awell #hindsight

None of my benched forwads have played yet so will go Jed Lamb to Dwyer who looks like has secured his spot despite the imminent return of Daisy and perhaps Dids.

all my players did well except zorko,macaffer,wines,viney. What really hurt was having Dwyer on my bench instead of macaffer which cost me 50 points. and taking the captancy off cotchin when he was my vice and risking it on gaz. i had a potentional score of 2300 but bad luck. bring on round 3

Walker (39), Gaz as C (99), Gibbs (86) Murphy (92) Viney and Wines were also slight let downs, can’t expect 100 each yet though.
Trades: Macaffer to Dwyer for that price rise and at only $96K! Also maybe Murphy to Sammy Mitchell, Murph’s breakeven is rising and Mitchell has been impressive with 143 and 136 odd.
Another possible trade if possible maybe next week Karnezis to Kennedy.
Finished up with 2284/Pendles
Pretty happy with that, hoping to move up from my 20,563 ranking. Had some underperformers but plenty of stand outs. Corrective trades I’m thinking of making are OUT: Watts, Newman IN: Birchall, J.J.Kennedy gives me some cash aswell to add to what I already have in the kitty from this weekends trades of OUT: Karnezis, K.Mitchell IN: Dwyer, Wines

Very happy top score in my main leauge only major dissapointment was Rich who i think will be making his way out of the team possiblly for a fremantle mid. A couple of permas not up to there dominant best either i.e. murphy and gibbs but im happy with my score in what seems like a low scoring week. Also mid rookies low scores but that is to be expected.

If I was switched on yesterday the extra 78 from Neade instead of Karnezis would have made it a lot more respectable (could say Dwyer but wouldn’t have gone with him). Not going to complain about the rolling lockout either. Everyone pissed and moaned last year when they had no choice but to cop the sub score. Now they have the chance to dodge the sub bullet and they’re still not happy.
The weekend does end a lot better when the Hawks have a win though 🙂
Wonder if BS will be putting up any posts about how clever he was trading Couch out for Kommer again next week…

At this stage no trades again, although i am tempted to go Roughy (Bailey stealing his points) to Bartel (when Johnson comes back will it cost him Bartel?)..

Overall pretty happy though.
Ok boys, talking about forwards, what would the BE be on a player costing 430k hitting 100 week 1 and 163 week 2….

Why do we even bother with midpricers?
Early days looking to drop one to Dwyer (who was near Collingwood’s best player today), and upgrade one to a premium. Chapman & Rioli look attractive options, both overlooked in preseason. Josh J. Kennedy also looks a viable midpricer corrective switch.
Super impressed with Stokes performance from the bench….78 in a quarter and abit….surely has to start next week

dangerfield was meant to be attractive because of a weak early schedule. he so far hasnt done anything extraordinary and is set for a fairly decent price drop of about 30k even with a solid score this week.

i’ve decided im trading in sam dwyer & leunberger for Mark Lecras and either jarryd roughead or patrick ryder,
my final trade for the week i’ll either trade roughead or ryder for dwyer
and after round 3 utilising the other RUK/FWD i keep into the forward line.
and trade Lecras for leunberger considering leunberger wont rise for another week, which will help me generate cash before ryder and roughead drop.
both their forms have been almost equal.
