  1. 505/5/Massive (Tentative) Tons from Godd,Lower and Gu! Almost a ton from Pav and a servicable 81 from Fyfe, hoping this type of scoring keeps up but knowing it is probably all down hill from here.

Very average scores so far with just 2/5 cracking the ton.
Mzungu’s 117 sitting on the pine will hurt all weekend.
Barlow could be a mega POD for Judd come R23. Owned by just 0.95% of coaches.
    What happened to Broughton?

After a bad start by Freo, they sure came back all until the final 1/4. Mzungu man on fire. Well done young man. Barlow making his presence known. I felt that Johnson was good too. Be interesting to see what happens to thug McPhee.

Happy with Milne. He’s not in my team, but I’m happy with him (I wonder how many thumbs downs I’ll get?!). Oh and Dal. But of course…

I feel sorry for Dean Polo hurting himself on his birthday. Scared about next week, with all our injuries could be a major rout against the pies :/

Diabolical start. I blame Harvey, Montagna and me. Mzungu on the bench and not even EMG hurts.

OK start, but need some big numbers to start coming in. I’ll be happy if JVoldt gets the flu so Mzungu’s 100+ will count as I’ve got him as emergency.

Very happy with LOWER and MZUNGU!
Happy with reliable scores from Goddard, fisher and pav.
Not happy with broughton and furious at mark Harvey for putting him in defense! He was born to play midfield!!

  7. Hands up if you put Johnson as captain. Wishing I listened to my own advise and did after 5 first quarter goals

Mzunga is living up to the hype & great to see Gods hit a ton despite only 18 possessions.
Word on the street is Ports rookie B.Jacobs is a late inclusion.
That might save a few coaches from the poisoned donut….
    me included 🙂

  9. Geez, just saw James Strauss’ injury. Looked like a broken leg, sickening video. Brings back the memories of Nate Brown when he did his leg… Best of luck to Straussy in his recovery. Get well soon young fella.

The joy of last two weeks of 2500+ seems to be coming to a shuddering halt. 2 x 100’s, 2 x 80-99, 2x 0-60 & my highest score is on the bench. 🙄

Changed the captaincy from Cox at the last moment after spruiking his record at Patersons all week.

A better afternoon with three solid centuries. Thanks mainly to Chris Judd’s 163 (with a quiet Q4, you are a legend!!) but of course I shifted the C off him this week. Was tossing up between Johnson (155) and went Cox in the end. Just watch Massive spud it up tomorrow.

    Broughton

  14. 1581/13/Juddyyyyyy (Legend)

Juddy 326 as Captain helps with NRoo, Broughton, Montags etc pretty bad scores. I think this round won’t have huge scores like last week or 2 but definitely a few will have some pretty good scores, 2400-2600 maybe/

  15. my best mate broke both bones in his leg like that.. Was in hospital for 2 wks, had a collapsed lung and blood clots and the doctors actually told him he was lucky he survived the 2-3 days afterwards. He has got plates & screws in his leg and they also told him he is lucky it wasn’t amputated.. Was very scary seein my best mate like that in hospital with tubes and stuff comin outta his body.. He won’t be back to wrk for atleast 3 more months and is goin to have to dig deep to get through all the rehab.. Only wish Strauss the best and football should really be the last thing on his mind..

  16. Watching the pies port game and can’t help but feel a little sorry for avid site contributor Barry Kraft…. Whilst we’ve never met before, BK is the only Port supporter I know ( well sorta know), because at half time it’s already ugly!

  17. Goodes has m0nty’s muppet and suggests he might be in trouble for a bump on Monfries in Q2. Anyone got any thoughts on that?
Please tell me he’ll be ok for finals…

    Hoping for the high 2400’s.
Watched all my C options smash it this weekend.
    Judd (163), Johnson (155), Swan (136), Pendlebury (133), Goodes (139).
Will Cox justify selection this week or continue my horror run of poor captain decisions?

Things are looking a little better. Goodes 139, Swan 136, Penders 133, Cloke 110 & ROK 86. And the Pies had a win. 🙂

  25. 1576/15/ BIG COX

Wish i could of saw the Bombers win a tight one against Sydney instead of the wasting my eyes on watching Port get raped.
You can really see the difference between the top 8 teams & the rest of the league.

Goodes (139). Judd (163), Chappy (142) & the great Dane (136) delivered…..but my most important player so far was B.Jacobs. His late inclusion saved me from a donut in a few close ones in the leagues.

So is it ok to look away like a lil girl everytime they replay the ‘Strauss’ injury or should i just donate my balls to medical science?

  27. Cruzin along nicely 1890/15/swan only dissapointments are fyfe and okeefe but saying that I can’t complain.
Tassie should have definitely got the nod over GWS.
IMO the two Adelaide teams should merge and the taswegians get a well deserved team.
    Arn the dons!
    That is all………for now.

  29. I can’t believe I’m a chance to beat the guy coming first in YSCC Div 2 (23rd ranked league)!

    He has
    Cox (captain)
    Suckling
    +141 points

    I have
    Cox (not as captain)
    Adcock
    Scott Thompson
    LeCras
    Issac Smith

Thumbs up if I’ll make history
Thumbs down if you’re a ‘glass half empty’ type of person

  30. Always take out your identical players, making it: –
    You – + 373 points, Talia, Cox (x1), Hale, I.Smith
Him – – 373 points, Nicoski, McGraph, Schofield, Riley, Bailey, Richo
Your 4 remaining players should outscore his best 4 scores which means he needs 373 from his two extra players.
You’ve got it in the bag Daniel.

Looking to break 2500 for the 2nd week in a row & beat my highest score of 2589, but I’m not confident??

What do you think SCT coaches?

    Thumbs up………..I’m dreamin & I won’t get close
Thumbs down……I’ll break my personal best of 2589

  33. 1999/16/Swan

Grundy – Riewoldt and O’Keefe only disappointments to date.
Should reach 2500 with Deledio – Suckling – Swallow – Cotchin – Cox and Franklin to come

There will be two divisions AFL with in next 10 years. There is definately a problem when the bottom 6 sides can only win a handful of games between them and the top 4 sides only lose about 10 games in total for the season.

  36. I hear you HGL, but Lobbe was playing the best team in the competition and Bailey knocked out 80 points last week. I will probably regret it myself, the way things are going.

  39. graham johncock kicked the goal to put crows in front and it was the final score and he only scored 85… i thought you score like an extra 50 points for winning score?

On another note thank you very much to Pedo and richo from north who scored a combined 55! F@#%ing c@%#s. How does Richo come on late in the 3rd and outscore pederson by 11 points even though pederson played a full game grrrrrrrrrr
