Saturday Arvo Football – R13 2013

Written by Big Sexy on June 22 2013

Port Adelaide Vs Sydney (AAMI):  Can Port come to the party again and take it up to the reigning premiers?  Plenty of Sydney players to watch closely including Kennedy, Jack, Goodes, Tippett in his first run… the list goes on.  Now that all the Port rookie cherries have ripened and been picked, there isn’t a lot left to look at.

StKilda Vs Melbourne (MCG):  Not a lot on the SC front to look at… BUT, How will the Dee’s go with stand-in coach Neil Craig, and will they lift….. will definitely be interesting.  Also, for the Saints, how will they respond to the Milne saga?  There are million things I’d like to say, but will bite my tongue (I did get the inside word of a Saints player on my table a couple of years ago at a corporate function, so will be interested to see how it plays out in the courts).

  9. Im going to put up the poll. Opponent has JPK as his captain, I have him as VC, I should win with three extra players, although one as Birchall, should I keep it as JPK or go with Cotchin/Martin?

Thumbs up Cotchin/Martin (go for the points)
Thumbs down JPK (play it safe)

  10. This isn’t a supercoach related question. Just wanted to ask why James Magner still can’t get a game at Melbourne? Did he rub someone the wrong way? Yet Watts is still allowed to take up space on the field! Should put Watts on Kosi…..the battle of wasted talent. Who’s been the bigger football disappointment?
    T/U Watts
    T/D Kosi

  11. God I hate byes not just because of Supercoach but I can guarantee you if the mighty Swannies didn’t have the week off we would’ve thrashed them!

Which trade should I do before the Tiges match? Lucky I held off on JPK just can’t dominate in a great Swans midfield as consistently as last year.

    T/U – Jaeger to Lids
    T/D – Macaffer to Dusty.

  17. They have to dump terlich soon under the magner rule. He keeps scoring reliable points.

Not great points, but a stable 70 or 80.
