SC BBL – Round 2 – Trade Talk

Written by Motts on December 22 2019

Short round that one. But it still gave you enough time to identify the one or two blokes on your list that you can’t wait to give the Tijuana brass to!

Who’s leaving and who’s coming in?

  1. Out
    – Banton as he’s got a bye and a virus so it seems a good time to cash him in
    – Dan Hughes has been sitting in my team doing jack so time to show him the door
    – Torn between trading out Khawaja if he’s starting to lose form/get more cash flow or Cal Ferguson for a tidy profit

    In
    – Jordan/M Marsh for DGR
    – Liam Livingstone looks underpriced ATM IMO due to a terrible game last round
    – Need a Strikers player: Was Agar, Phil Salt or Jake Weatherald seem good picks without breaking the bank

    Any thoughts?

  2. I would trade Khawaja over Ferguson. Ferguson is in great touch and Khawaja has a big BE.

Either of Mitch Marsh or Jordan are good trade ins.

I think Livingstone is a bargain and would pick Weatherald out of the 3 Strikers players you mentioned.

      1. Actually Khawaja’s BE is 91 with a 0 in his price cycle and a ton yet to leave his price cycle. Ferguson’s BE is 106 but with a 46 in his price cycle.

  3. Change of plans with my trades. Sams out to Rashid Khan and whacking the VC on him, Laughlin to Livingstone a bargain, and Banton to Harper ready for the Gades Round 5 DGW and to cover Philippe next round if needed with the Sixers having the Bye as I already have Nevill as a loophole option.

  4. Didn’t end up trading Banton to Harper. So only went with the 2 trades as I had 11 DGW players

Thinking ahead to my trade plans at the end of this round.

Abbott to Kane Richardson, Curran to Maxwell, Phillipe to Aaron Finch.
